Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando Airport

Hopefully, the organization ensures & makes the man preparing the omelettes that he needs to be polite instead of being rude!

Staff was very helpful and was able to arrange a new shuttle to the airport when their own was full.

The vista restaurant evening staff was very helpful. Disappointed that I had to pay $25per day for parking. There was some confusion at check in since I booked two rooms under two different names.

I loved my stay at Embassy Suites! I really and truly didn’t want to leave the room to go to Universal Studios or to come back home! It’s like a small studio apartment! The breakfast was delicious and the food was fresh. Best breakfast by far! The free drinks per night were on point after a day out from exploring Orlando! The body wash, lotion, shampoo and conditioner were top quality! The towels were soft and very white and the bed, the bed was so so soft!

The parking fee of $25 per day is reasonable. The room windows were dirty. Breakfast selection was good.

The location of the hotel is great. Although the front desk staff was helpful it did not supersede the awful wait time for the shuttle to go back and forth to the airport. I waited 45 minutes or longer each time. I was told that we could also have shuttle rides within 2 miles of the hotel in which the shuttle driver refused to go. The laundry facilities was terribly maintained and dirty. My room smelled of pet odor but the breakfast and the drink happy hour where enjoyable

1) We paid for the daily snacks upcharge, which should have been supplied to our room without our having to ask. We had to ask every single day we were there. 2) We were surprised by the daily parking fees. Two weeks prior we stayed at the Embassy Suites closer to Orlando theme parks and did NOT pay for parking. 3) We are a family of three. We didn’t have enough towels and wash cloths! 4) The breakfast food choices are limited. Again folks, if you want to have your socks blown off by a robust buffet, stay at the Embassy Suites by the Orlando theme parks, not this one by the airport. 5) When I complained about the snacks. The lady who works the front desk was argumentative and lectured me about how things were run at the hotel and that each ES is different. My response was that Embassy Suites has a brand STANDARD that should hold true no matter which one you stay at. A Burger King burger should taste the same no matter the BK you eat it from. Manager Christopher needs a promotion. Anthony needs a raise. The rest? I would recommend the ES by the theme parks.

Check-in was a very smooth process and the room was large and clean. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The staff was polite and helpful. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. The entrance and Atrium area got a little messy but it's a busy hotel with guests coming and going. Understandable. We always stay here when visiting Orlando.
