Everything was clean in the room, and the towel was very clean

Couldn’t get an airport shuttle so had to Uber which was inconvenient

The room was nice and clean.

Wonderful stay for a quick overnight before boarding an early flight the next day. The property was well maintained, staff friendly & kind, and rooms neat & tidy.

Everything alright this hotel was pretty good, free parking, free hot breakfast, fast check in. My only complaint was my son could not hook up his PS5. Which was a real bummer.

I loved the hotel. The room was great, very clean and comfy. The breakfast was good as well. The weak part was the shuttle service at night. The night shift shuttle service was terrible. I called the hotel to get a shuttle at 10:30 pm and they told me to call again when I got to B4, the shuttle stop in the first floor of the terminal. When I got there there was a shuttle there with plenty of space. The driver was very rude and told me that I was not on the list, when I tried calling the hotel they wpuld not pick up the phone for the next 30 minutes. I had to take a Lyft and spend an extra $20 for a 5 minute ride that I had not budgeted for. Good hotel, but night shuttle service is unreliable.

Our stay at Wingate was okay overall. The staff at check-in was friendly and the process was smooth. However, the hotel facilities could definitely use some updates. The furniture looks quite old, and the property would benefit from some renovations to give it a fresher feel. Also, only one of the elevators was working during our stay, which made getting around less convenient. With a few improvements, this hotel could provide a much better guest experience.

A tiny bit worn but very comfortable, good breakfast, clean. Great price! Will go back.

Great time

The room was neat and clean. We stayed there for 2 days. The breakfast was very good. Lots of variety. The location is near the airport and very close to many of the tourist attractions.

The hotel was clean, staff helpful and breakfast decent. Conveniently located 5 mins from the airport, it was the perfect choice for us having a flight early in the morning. My only complaint was that breakfast ran out quick and the staff was overwhelmed with the amount of people dining that morning.
