Ac leaked, 2 bikes at workout room have issues

I was surprised that they charged $10 for parking my car in their parking lot. I do not recall ever having to pay for parking in an airport adjacent hotel!

The shuttle parking service was a great cost compared to the airport parking. Parked at hotel while we flew to Punta Cana for a week. Called shuttle from the luggage pickup area when I got my luggage...they were outside waiting when I got to the area designated for pickup.

Helpful staff and clean property. Quick response from shuttle service to pick up from airport.

The bed the tv, it kept glitching super bad.

Planned to park while flying for $10/day as advertised but because I booked thru Expedia they wouldn’t give me that price

The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, it was quiet, and the breakfast was good. The airport shuttle was quick and the driver was fantastic. Great spot to walk around, lots of shops and restaurants. Property was updated.

Extremely clean shuttle is awesome. Easy check in! There is a deposit of like $50 bucks for holding the room get it back shortly after check out not sure if that’s by day so contact the property and ask if it by day for incidentals! The shuttle does have options to tip if you don’t have cash so that was nice! Very clean kind will definitely use them again!
