Springhill Suites by Marriott Orlando Airport

The hotel is nice for the price. Breakfast is simple but filling if you make it on time. Rooms are very comfortable. Elevators do need modernizing, they are too slow and old and usually only one working. The best thing about the hotel is the front desk staff, specifically Galina, she is the best. Greets you with a smile and oh so helpful!! She is great!!

The staff was very friendly and kind. Breakfast was great they had a good variety of items to choose from. Everything was local to hotel we could walk to stores and restaurants.

Not friendly, dirty, had bad smell in rooms.

I’ve stayed there for years, they now charge to park there when staying. I don’t like it.

Although the property was clean, the sheets in my room were stained.

Excellent parking Clean Breakfast was good

Here are some of the amenities that I enjoyed where the pool, the breakfast and the African-American staff of the breakfast was very pleasant, professional, and provided excellent service. Galina, at the front desk also provided great service. Also the airport shuttle service driver on Sunday, July 12 for 9 AM was friendly, and professional.

The room was very clean, Staff was very helpful, there were two staff members who I personally think was very disrespectful. I don't think when you are checking in guest, that you should be talking about personal issues. I witness this with two young employees. One was going off duty and the other coming on duty.Their conversation had nothing to do with job issues. I witness a long line about check in time. Both talking to each other while checking in a guest about personal issues happening in their life, I think those conversations can wait to the appropriate time not in front of guests. When we get to the hotel some of us want to get to our room and lay down because we are tired from a long drive or a long airplane ride.When we are in the public eye sometimes we just got to keep it professional there's a appropriate time for everything. Clean room breakfast close to all the events that we had this weekend

Everything with our stay was good. We missed the note that it was paid parking when looking at the booking listing so that caught us by surprise but otherwise it was a good stay for our trip.

Found some bugs in our room. Not sure if roaches but bugs. Bathroom could have used a little more cleaning.

We got stranded in Orlando after our flight got delayed. We were lucky enough to find available accommodations. The staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating which was very much appreciated. The rooms were clean and the kids enjoyed the heated pool.

Terrible shuttle terrible front desk

I was in 525, bathroom was leaking from 625. I couldn't sleep whole night . Didn't get refund
