Rooms are clean beds are comfortable and it’s in an OK location decent I think overall the hotel itself The staff was another issue with the kept hanging up on me on the phone when I was trying to call for the Shuttle to come get me she answered and had me going to the wrong spot to be picked up she told me hold on and then hung up on me. I kept calling back. She kept picking up the phone hanging up picking up the phone hang up. Wouldn’t even say hey hold on a minute. I’m busy just give me a moment nothing I ended up having to pay for a cab to get to the hotel

They only come to the room and tidy every other day. Elevator’s were excruciating slow and the other one doesn’t work.

Great comfort and staff There was a conference there for 3 days and the hotel was kinda busy, one elevator was down and the wait for the elevator was extended up to 10 to 15 min.

Staff is obviously understaffed. Hospitality isn’t what I would call it. Down to one elevator. Not safe. Waited to long. Don’t recommend

The hotel is nice for the price. Breakfast is simple but filling if you make it on time. Rooms are very comfortable. Elevators do need modernizing, they are too slow and old and usually only one working. The best thing about the hotel is the front desk staff, specifically Galina, she is the best. Greets you with a smile and oh so helpful!! She is great!!

The most run down SpringHill Suites I’ve ever stayed at. Leaking shower head, carpet in hallway smelled dirty. Chipped paint. Not the standard I’m used to. See above
