Springhill Suites by Marriott Orlando Airport

Room was large and quiet

Exceptional

Breakfast was not good at all would’ve rather went out and paid for a half decent breakfast

Staff was attentive and friendly

When we arrived, there was no one at the front desk. We waited almost 20 minutes before we went knocking on doors trying to find someone. When we finally did, all she did was complain about being the only person working that night. She was not very helpful. The room wasn’t the cleanest and there were geckos in the bathroom. The hotel was conveniently located, but that was the only good thing. I will not book this hotel again.

Rooms were a little dated

While the hotel was nice and clean; however, the front desk staff didn’t greet you with a smile. They very cold.

Breakfast was just plain nasty; room was noisy; pillows were flat; staff was rude and did not even know where guest laundry was located; parking was expensive and very limited. Would not stay here again.

Otherwise, everything else was very nice

Had my hitch stolen from my truck but not the hotels fault.

Cons: Unfortunately, the room was not very clean. I also lost a shirt during my stay. I am certain I left it in the room, as this was the only hotel I stayed at before going on my cruise, and I clearly remember where and how I left it. I contacted the hotel, but they told me they were unable to locate it. I would not stay here again and will reconsider staying at Marriott properties in the future.

Hotel was clean. Breakfast was ok. Shuttle was fine. 1 night with family since plane arrival was late.

The hotel locates in a good location with friendly and helpful staffs. Also, free shuttle bus to the airport is available.

The property was in a decent area close to the airport. Transportation was very good.

Rooms are clean beds are comfortable and it’s in an OK location decent I think overall the hotel itself The staff was another issue with the kept hanging up on me on the phone when I was trying to call for the Shuttle to come get me she answered and had me going to the wrong spot to be picked up she told me hold on and then hung up on me. I kept calling back. She kept picking up the phone hanging up picking up the phone hang up. Wouldn’t even say hey hold on a minute. I’m busy just give me a moment nothing I ended up having to pay for a cab to get to the hotel

Very nice and clean place to stay. Breakfast was awesome. Parking is not free so please read instructions carefully.
