Residence Inn by Marriott Orlando Airport

Unfortunately the hall and room smelled of mildew. Staff were not responsive about the concern, which is impactful for my child with asthma. Breakfast featured burnt sausages and low quantities of everything else. Parking cost wasn't made clear ahead of time in policies :(

Breakfast was ok. A great variety. The area was too small to really maneuver in and the room was too full to enjoy.

Breakfast was horrible

The hotel itself on the outside and lobby looked good, but the elevator and the room and bathroom were not good. Felt very dirty and mostly because the finishing s were very sloppy put together. We were surprised being a Residence Inn that it would look that bad. For the esthetics in the room and especially the bathroom, 2 out of 5 stars and that's being generous. The elevator sounded like it was on its last leg and did not sound reassuring at all. The guy working the front desk was very nice and accommodating, but he was left working it all by himself. He was overwhelmed with phones ringing off the hook all the while helping multiple guests at the and time. They need to hire more help for the front desk. That caused issues in terms of getting help. Calling down to the desk multiple times to get an answer, cause again he was overwhelmed.

Las instalaciones y la ubicación del hotel están muy bien porque tiene lo necesario para una estancia cómoda y muy convenientemente cerca del aeropuerto con servicio de traslados y desayuno incluidos. El personal súper amable y servicial. Lo súper recomiendo.

The room was clean and comfortable, my only complaint is the ice maker in the freezer wasn’t working and the hotel doesn’t have ice makers available on each floor.

Logement très grand avec deux chambres séparées et divan-lit dans le petit salon. Cuisinette aussi en place avec réfrigérateur pleine grandeur et four. Nous étions seulement pour une nuit avant de prendre notre vol mais c’était bien confortable!

Very nice stay and close to the airport.

Property cancelled one of our 2 rooms due to overbooking. Put 6 girls in one room with one bathroom. Ants on the walls.

The sound of the air conditioner in the room when it activates

There were ants in the room after one day on the 5th floor. Multiple areas in the hotel were leaking water in areas such as the lobby, the breakfast area. No where in the booking did it state you had to pay for parking only that it was self parking. They charge you $20 a day to park in their lot. Breakfast was nice and always hot and fresh. Staff was very nice.
