Residence Inn by Marriott Orlando Airport

Great place to stay! Friendly staff! Perfect location!

In are first room the pull out bed had a red stain on the mattress idk if it was some wine or blood. Go figure, but we did get moved to another room thanks Andres!!! This employee gave great customer service always smile and listen to my concerns and fixed the problem. But that other employee Eric... was something else.. would not call for the shuttle to pick us up from a near by bar which was an accommodation from the hotel, in which he lied saying that the shuttle only goes to the airport and expected my daughter to walk back to the hotel at 1:30 am in the dark. Stated it was a 5 minute walk more like a 15 min walk. Well you walk from there Mr.Eric in the morning and have someone jump out of the bushes and bust you upside the head. Or even worse.. other than that the breakfast was ok.

The staff were amazing and the property was nice and clean. The breakfast was lacking a little but it wasn’t bad!

Breakfast was good. Didn't use the pool maybe next time

Very good

Room was nice with kitchen available, breakfast in dining area with variety, staff helpful and courteous. Used airport shuttle available to guests.

I had to walk down 6 flights of stairs and I had my 68 year old mother with me the whole 7 days we stayed there the elevators were broken and We got stuck in elevators several times We never had such an uncomfortable stay and it was a male staff at the desk he was so rude to my Mother! I don’t see us ever staying at Orlando Residence inn again this was very sad & disappointed

Room clean

Muy bien

No ashtrays on property

Way to get to, clean No soap on bathroom When I tried to check in, was told reservation was cancelled- same last name, different reservation

No soap on bathroom When I tried to check in, was told reservation was cancelled- same last name, different reservation

You need to repair the elevator!!!!!!!!! Unacceptable to leave the mechanical door open with all the electrical so easily accessible

Very friendly staff that went above and beyond to help us check in early when we had a red eye flight overnight and got in Super Early!

The staff were AMAZING! We stayed twice once at the beginning of our trip as we flew in OVERNIGHT, and they were EXTREMELY Helpful in helping us check in early. Then on our way home we had a really early morning flight, so we stayed over again to use the shuttle to the airport. Only downside the shuttle isn't wheelchair ECV Friendly, but I was able to send my family on it and wait for a rideshare for the scooter and stroller. Everyone was very kind and pleasant to work with.

The staffs are friendly and breakfast is served everyday is good.

The room was nice and large

Unfortunately the hall and room smelled of mildew. Staff were not responsive about the concern, which is impactful for my child with asthma. Breakfast featured burnt sausages and low quantities of everything else. Parking cost wasn't made clear ahead of time in policies :(

Breakfast was ok. A great variety. The area was too small to really maneuver in and the room was too full to enjoy.
