minutes. The beds and bedding were comfortable. Some negatives were that the parking gate had no light or sound to signal your card engaged to open the gate and you had to buy coffee in the lobby- an amenity that less expensive hotels offer free. The bathroom sink didn't drain; and it was too late in the night to call to have it fixed. Overall, it was a beautiful hotel with a spectacular atrium.

Extremely noisy property , I complained multiple times to the staff but even at 11pm people were still extremely loud and swimming in the pool

Very old outdated there was an odor the bed was absolutely the worst we’ve ever experienced the old carpeting, which is gross. There was a hole in the wall. It was disgusting. I would highly recommend looking around before you commit to this hotel. Doors didn’t hang on the hinges air-conditioning never worked. It was such a disappointment..

Love this hotel! The Manager Amar always makes me feel welcome and the facilities are great and so is the location. Very happy!

Arrived around 7:00 pm and although the checking was supposed to be after 4:00 they told me at the front desk that our room wasn’t ready. Which I thought was very strange. Fortunately the lady upgraded us to a room with a balcony.

Hotel viejo, pero en excelentes condiciones. Excelente desayuno, y transporte al aeropuerto. Cámaras camas cómodas y todo limpio recomendable. Especialmente para una o dos noches; está en una zona con tiendas y restaurantes.

The property was beautiful nice open very bright and airy. Nice pool. The only problem is my bathroom was not that clean and it was very noisy while I was trying to sleep. A lot of people were slamming their doors at midnight.

This is an excellent hotel! The staff, service and shuttle are all very responsive. The accommodations are excellent and it is very close to the airport. The shuttle is available 24/7 and leaves every 15 minutes. Will definitely stay here again. Great value for the $$.
