Paid an extra fee for an early check in. The website states an early check as early as 10am. The room was not ready when we arrived at 1130a. We had to wait an hour for it to be ready.

Family of 6 with a cat, wonderful service and staff friendliness. Very professional.. Great amenities, bbq area, pool, gym, laundry and free breakfast. No charge for parking.. Free airport shuttle to and from hotel. Kitchen has cooking stovetop when requested. Kitchen has cooking and eating utensils. Room had alot of storage, which we love. Many stores and restaurants in very close distance. Would highly recommend! I would book to stay again!
