I stayed at Hotel Bel-Air three times over the past two months, and each stay was an excellent experience. The property felt safe and quiet, and my room was always very clean and comfortable. The air conditioning worked very well, which was especially appreciated in the Florida heat. Management and the front-desk staff were consistently helpful, professional and welcoming. The hotel is also conveniently located near shops and offers easy access to the surrounding area. I had no complaints and would gladly stay here again. Thank You !!

If you are looking to a safety place, please find another place. This is a Motel, no a Hotel... did you remember that scary movie where some one it's trying to kill everyone at a Motel... it's something like that. Horrible.

Lot of burn holes

Nothing, absolutely terrible. We’ve been to many hotels in and outside the US and this one by far is the absolute worst you smell weed as soon as you get to the room, bad neighborhood, traffic noise, yellow stains in sheets and towels, fridge not working, dust everywhere, walls are in a terrible condition, outlets are barely attached, just everything is horrible and I can’t believe we paid $90 for that night.

The staff was nice The rooms stink smells like cockroach spray, buttocks, and smoke. When I first got to my room, it was dirty. The towels rarely had any linen line in them and the sheets had stains all over them. Me and my husband didn’t even sleep under the covers at all. We went to the dollar store and we bought disinfectant spray to spray all over the bed and we bought blankets as well. There was cigarette buds under the bed. Also, the toilet was leaking, and one of the days out of my stay I left my suitcase and I left out for a minute, came back and saw roaches crawling on my belongings. Which that really disturbed me a lot. I did tell the front staff about the toilet and they got me to move into another room when I got to the other room, the smell was still very horrible. It was not a pleasant stay at all. It reeked so bad that I could walk outside and still smell the motel on my skin and on my clothes the water was low pressure. The room disgusted me out so bad. I didn’t even want to take a shower. I was only in Florida for a couple of days but every day in that hotel felt very long. I do not recommend this hotel at all. Worst experience. Me and my husband made sure that we stayed busy throughout the day. We literally only came to the hotel to sleep and we purposely came back at late hours in the middle of the night just so we wouldn’t have to sleep in the hotel for long.

Infested with roaches. Power was lost at one point but the front desk took care of it in reasonable time. We bought RAID for the roaches. Sh*thole.

No me regresaran el deposito

But if it’s the only room you can get it’ll work. It’s like a legit prostitution motel from the 70’s so that is kind of a vibe

The check-in was fine and the guy was friendly. When we opened the door it did not stink or anything but it sucks going into a warm room. The bed was fine but were surprised to see a full size refrigerator. The bathroom fan did not work and the remote was missing. Other than that or things that we didnt like were out of the hotels control. The price we paid is what we got.
