Hotel Bel-Air Orlando

If you literally just need a room to stay in for a few hours, this will do. Absolutely nothing special. Had a bed, bathroom ac and chair. TV was there, completely over the air. Nothing inherently wrong. Just a room.

The room was bad smelled. No washcloths ice machine did not work. Burn holes and sheets just all around. Not a good place to stay.

This hotel wasn’t even worth the money to just sleep. There is no amount of money I would pay to stay here. Do not trust the photos 😂 the first room they put us in one of the staff was sitting in the room eating & smoking in a non smoking room. The remote didn’t work & the room stunk so bad. They moved us to another room, it smelled better but the bed was like a prison mattress maybe worse, mold in the bathroom, AC barely worked. I was sweating within 5 mins being in there with our small fan I brought from home. Plugs falling out the wall & yellow stuff on the ceiling. The room was super small also. We asked for a refund but they said it was non refundable so we ended up leaving & cutting our losses. At least we got our deposit back the next day. I promise the price is a depiction of what you get lol go somewhere else friends.

After I was switched from a room with no electricity the second one had no towels. The TV didn't work and I had to go buy my own toilet paper

Room smells like smoke, even though I chose non smoking room. Room is not painted, has spackle all over the walls without paint and pillows are disgusting to be honest. I would not recommend this place.

The stay was amazing, the place was clean and quiet, while the staff were friendly and professional. This time s a home away from home due to traveling for work. Would highly recommend to others.

The stay was great, the staff was amazing and curtious. There was 24 hours of security surveillance. It was a great stay .

Great place for family will be bk with my family

I stayed at Hotel Bel-Air three times over the past two months, and each stay was an excellent experience. The property felt safe and quiet, and my room was always very clean and comfortable. The air conditioning worked very well, which was especially appreciated in the Florida heat. Management and the front-desk staff were consistently helpful, professional and welcoming. The hotel is also conveniently located near shops and offers easy access to the surrounding area. I had no complaints and would gladly stay here again. Thank You !!

They do not offer any amenities not even ice machine they have tvs mounted in the walls so u have to look up to watch TV not eye sight level and they don't have no vending machines no extra not even a phone in ur room

Nice and comfortable place to stay

If you are looking to a safety place, please find another place. This is a Motel, no a Hotel... did you remember that scary movie where some one it's trying to kill everyone at a Motel... it's something like that. Horrible.

Lot of burn holes

Nothing, absolutely terrible. We’ve been to many hotels in and outside the US and this one by far is the absolute worst you smell weed as soon as you get to the room, bad neighborhood, traffic noise, yellow stains in sheets and towels, fridge not working, dust everywhere, walls are in a terrible condition, outlets are barely attached, just everything is horrible and I can’t believe we paid $90 for that night.

Quiet and nice
