Need more staff

Facility looks like an abandoned bldg, after 10pm lobby is closed, if need something you have to wait until 7am, NO WI-FI.

I got locked my room for a night I paid for a the key card was not working which was not my fault the lady at the desk didn’t show no concern laughed in my face and told me it was not her fault

I needed a last min room for the night for my sister and Expedia allowed me to book the room even though there is no one to check in that late at night. When she got there, no one was there and the place looked nothing like the pictures. Crack heads were outside and it was completely unsafe.

Solo female travelers, please do not stay here! My experience was not terrible, but I felt so uncomfortable and like I couldn’t put my guard down. By the grace of God, nothing happened to me or my car. I stayed on the second floor and I still had bugs in my room. The air conditioner did not work, even when I put it at 54°. There was a TV in my room, but no remote. No WIFI and no one at the front desk from 11 pm-7 am. There was also hair on all the linens in the room and bathroom. I only got hot water in the shower on the morning I checked out. Additionally, no type of comforter for the bed. Just a top sheet and strange blanket. However, the mini fridge in the room did work. This hotel was the most affordable option for my extended stay, but I urge you to go somewhere else so that you can feel safe. Although this was not a very positive experience for me, I’m grateful nothing happened to me.

The surrounding areas, hallways, and lobby were not clean; they should pay more attention to those areas and install a payment machine.

I booked it last minute (as in 15 minutes before arriving) and used Google Maps to get to the property. Imagine my surprise when maps leads me to an Econolodge. Not just any Econolodge, but the dirtiest, most run down Econolodge I’ve ever encountered. So, I call the customer service line because I drive up and down looking to see if maybe what is advertised it somewhere nearby…they tell me oh, the Econolodge is my destination. Pardon…? I immediately go to customer service on Expedia and they then tell me that “per hotel policy, I cannot get a refund”. I can’t get a refund from a hotel that DOESN’T EXIST obviously. What a scam. I’ve never encountered full blown fraud on Expedia but now I know to be cautious of these fake images when making any bookings - if i ever decide to trust them again. Horrendous. OYO = On Your Own.

Dont waste your time, on top of it being an abandoned place they require cash for a deposit and don’t have an atm and make u walk across the street to another place to get money since they don’t accept a card

Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else! This location is rundown and not a safe place to stay.

Had a leak from second floor had to wait for maintenence crew to arrived. The changed me to another room 24 hrs later.

I had a leak from air conditioner never fixed. A leak from second floor into the bathroom area. had to wait for maintanence crew to certified that the leak was bad enough in ordered to be change to another room.

They close very early just to take our money,clear scam they are apparent scam artists

El area no es la más segura. El mantenimiento del lugar no es el más adecuado. Los cuartos tienen olor a humedad. No volvería a quedarme en este lugar.

That it was calm and quiet The cameras. The staff was always helpful. The property is clean. And the run a great team from the front desk to maintenance
