OYO Hotel Orlando Airport

Worst experience, unsafe place

I was too scared to do in and check in. This was not OYO it was an economy lodge. They would not refund my account and I booked through hotels.com and they won't help either. I had to pay for another hotel through hotels.com thinking they would see that and be sympathetic. NOPE, WRONG!!! I had my 2 little nieces with me. I did not feel safe even getting out of the car. Kept trying to call but they never answered the phone. The picture look nothing like the hotel!!!!

Hotel was located ok. Horrible maintenance of facility. They asked for cash only security deposit but you have to wait for staff to report to work at 7am to get back your cash or yoir loss. Ac in room was on, that was about it. Mostly cold water in showers. Definitely not warm. Scary experience at night. Highly do NOT recommend. Front desk girl was the only pleasant experience.

They were closed. Had to book another hotel for the night only to find out our booking was a no show. Had to get another hotel pay more money and run around for a refund. Will never book with them again. However the staff was very friendly and still accommodated my packages at the hotel for me to collect

The pictures on the internet Everything!!!! It all was a BIG inconvenience and waste of money.

Do not use their laundry machine in the laundry room, all the machine barely works take your money but no refund, this motel not taking responsible for the laundry machine they said owned by other company, which never answer your call with the phone number on the wall, stay away!!

The hotel was not clean, and there was a small roach inside the toilet. The blankets had an unpleasant smell, and the reception staff made me pay a $50 cash deposit. When I went to collect my deposit the next day at 6:45 am, the hotel was closed, and I was unable to retrieve it. .

no vallan nunca a este lugar esta lleno de mariguanero alrededor se ve abandonado ni siquiera tiene el nombre del hotel es un lugar muy peligroso yo fui con nińos y me fui del lugar por lo peligroso que es el hotel te ponen fotos bonitas no reales esas fotos eso tiene otro nombre de otro hotel ademas muchas basuras por todos alrededor incluyendo la area de resepcion hay muchos mal vivientes por el area en la resepcion se van desde las 8 de la noches y no llegan hasta el dia siguiente de lo peligroso que es el lugar no reserven nunca aqui

The location was good. The price was low. The room was clean. The room was big. The was plenty of available parking. The bed had a dip. The hotel didn't give us much soap and shampoo nor towels for our showers. There was no ice machine. There was no Wi-Fi. The deposit had to be in cash. The outside of the hotel looked terrible.

The price was very reasonable for the Orlando area, and the bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful, while also being firm when dealing with disruptive guests. The hotel is conveniently located on a direct bus route to Orlando Airport, and Florida Mall is only about five minutes away by bus. The hotel requires a cash deposit, but this was not disclosed during the booking process. The property is quite run down and in need of significant refurbishment. Arriving after dark, I genuinely wasn’t sure whether the building was operating or abandoned, and I would not describe this as a family-friendly property. Solo travellers, particularly those arriving at night, may feel uncomfortable with the overall atmosphere and surroundings.
