Disappointing

Since they claimed there was no room available to change I requested a refund which they declined. I had to find another place to stay since it was not habitable. After reading more reviews online it is clear that they have this pest issue for a while and many people complained about it. Expedia only offered me a small amount of compensation which doesn’t cover the cost of this booking and they cannot do anything about Motel 6 refusal for the refund. Expedia should have take the listing off from this property, I’m disappointed and will have to dissolute the charge with my credit card company because this is not acceptable.

My flights were delayed. I advised Expedia on the check-in date regarding the delays. The property cancelled my reservation and sold the room. I had to seek accomodations elsewhere.

The property was fairly run down, the bedding looked new but the sink had mold cracked caulk and the sink had someone else’s hair still in it. And i saw several roaches in my room and around the property. Also my room smelled like smoke even thought it was non smoking. The staff was kind and considerate but my room card got deactivated and no one was in the office at 6pm. Ended up going to a store and when I came back at 8 someone was in again.

I ask for nonsmoking room. But they give me a terrible smoking room and it smell so bad that I can’t sleep. I was stay up all night. So sad.

Then I got into my room, although beds were made there were some serious problems. The room had cockroaches, due to my scheduling during my stay was unable to re-room. Now, although I didn't receive daily cleaning...I would've asked for that regardless. I really hope these cockroaches didn't come home with me.

The pool was a big plus because I have children , and I like that rooms are clean. I didn’t like you had to download an app to wash clothes so I had to leave and come back .

Room was quite a bit beat up, burn marks on the bathtub, the door frame was heavily damaged that was surprised the door mechanism worked.

Paid for 2 nights, only stayed one night. Found a baggie with questionable reside in it. Area felt unsafe.

The staff was friendly and room was so clean I found few bugs in my room and door didn’t shut all way so it made me feel unsafe
