This hotel is amazing for the price. The rooms are beautiful, well maintained, and updated. They offer a breakfast if you would like, but keep in mind that it does cost a fee. The hotel is very secure and in a great location to Disney parks.

I travel to Orlando every year and stay in the Maitland area. I have stayed at 3 or 4 other hotels in the Maitland area and have never been charged a parking fee. This fee ($20 a night) is a fake charge - just fee grabbing on The Sheratons part. I complained because it did not show up when I booked the stay. If it had I would not have stayed at the Sheraton. I will not go back..

When asking for a room with a balcony be specific because I got a crack as a balcony and concrete slab as my view - dirty washcloth left in shower - other than that all was well

My boyfriend & I really enjoyed our stay. The hotel staff were very friendly, helpful & polite. Any issues that I had was rectified immediately I would be staying there again pretty soon.

Not what I thought, the air conditioner was not working right and too loud , and people playing loud music until late night couldn’t sleep well

Parking need pay. Should be write it so other people know. And last time was got room in the end and last room so near highway all night can’t sleep well so noisy

It’s def. Outdated and in need of some major upgrades. Snells Smokey and musty.

Everhone was very friendly and helpful and they responded quickly when we had an issue with the A/C when we first arrived. Moved to a new room and the young man who checked on the A/C even carried all of our luggage without being asked for help!! The cafe at the bar was excellent.
