Sheraton Orlando North Hotel

The hotel was a little run down and the AC was not working in my room.

I found roaches at the property and they never clean the room i didn t have towels , toilet paper,etc

Room was clean, staff was nice. I was told pool was closed but seen multiple people in there hours on end. Breakfast was $21 per person. Also parking in $20 per day. Didn’t try the bar or the restaurant.

Staff was nice. Hotel was close to where I needed to be.

Pool was closed the whole times for maintenance but was never worked on, hot tub full of leaves, had to pay 20 dollars a night for parking on site which is crazy, breakfast has a charge as well which is inconvenient, room wise our bathroom door didn't close unless you put full power into closing it, balcony curtains didn't close all the way, the balconies connect to the next door room with no barrier just sharing the same balcony which is odd, the bathroom light didn't work it would shut off after a couple seconds, the toilet took a while to flush each time, sink faucet turn on barely worked on the right side handle, beds were extremely comfortable and clean though which is very nice.

This location is close by everything needed

Good quick stay unfortunately they decided to do pool maintenance during the summer , it was the main ammentie we were looking forward to using and when asked if we could get parking fee waived since pool was closed they didn't even trying to do any service recovery besides that everything else was good clean helpful staff

I liked the hotel overall. The only issue was the air conditioning in my room—it was extremely noisy. I reported it to the staff, but the noise continued throughout my stay. It was so loud that I couldn't sleep and ended up turning the A/C off at night. If possible, I would recommend avoiding Room 312 until the issue is fixed.

The staff was friendly. The rooms were very clean and cozy and the food was great!!

1- the very LOUD AC, which made it difficult to sleep! The temperature won't even go below 74F. When it kicked in, I was always jolted awake. 2- All the pillows were extremely too soft. It would be nice if they had a mixture of medium & firm pillows as well. 3- The bathroom amenities: shampoo, conditioner & body wash, they all have the same male cologne smell (Oak something). Didn't care much for it but it is what it is.

First, there is a parking fee of $21 per day. The parking lot is huge and not well lit. Lots of guests hanging out in the parking lot. The pool was unavailable. There was some issue with the pump. So, that was unfortunate and summertime in Florida you need a pool. Not once during my stay did they text or call asking how my stay was. The grout in the shower needs attention. The shower head was very nice.
