The paid parking everything else was good

Club Level not open on weekend. Food in restaurant was very good. Staff were helpful.

Perfectly located for my needs, i will recommend checking the infamous shower gels, they ran out fast. Indeed I recommend going back to bar soap!

Great hotel and atmosphere

The lady who checked us in was flustered by a customer that I guess was two ahead of me. She didn't have any time for my concerns about the breakfast I had bought for the trip. She was more in a hurry to talk to the other lady worker about the customer that flustered her.

Mold in shower and room. I booked a room with a balcony, and the room i got had no balcony. I went to the front desk and they were not helpful or concerned with keeping my reservation. Lobby smelt like smoke. Outside doors doesnt lock. Fridge was barely cold. I wouldnt ever stay here again.

They are supposed to comp our breakfast but my receipt showed it was charged instead of credited. I love staying with Sheraton hotels. However this is very disappointing. Thank you. Jayne Medina

After checking out and going to my car, I got stuck in the parking lot, so I called and asked the front desk. First call, she hangs up the phone on me. Second call, she gave me a bad attitude over the phone and in a condescending voice told me that I should have known to push the red help button. First of all, there is no physical red button. The button she is referring to is a small icon that says “help” in red at the lower corner of a small screen. And then she hung up without even a bye. Not the experience I would expect of a hotel.

The only good thing was the lobby door opened every time you walked toward it and they have TVs with the games on, so there’s that I guess. Pitiful.

The pool was nice and so was the staff. Friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable. There was no water provided. The taps at the ice machine didnt work. I went to various floors for water. Buffet breakfast eas expensive for what it was AND the advertised Irish Pub was closed. For my irish side of the family who also booked there, this was one of the reasons we choose it;( Very disappointing.

Only complaint is the poor a/c in the lobby bar are area other than that good for our overnight stay

Great stay. 30 to 40 minutes from everything, shopping, beaches and parks. Amazing!

We were only here for one night, but it was absolutely wonderful! Very happy with the whole experience and will definitely return! I did read some reviews before booking and was concerned, but my concern was completely unnecessary. The whole experience was wonderful.
