Roach motel.....stinks....bathrooms filthy...no one speaka english

Hector was great! But the staff needs work!

. When I went into the room, it smelled very dirty. I looked on the bed and I saw two bugs that appeared to be fleas. I also saw a dental floss pic on the floor. I left and refused To stay with bugs in the bed

the price and location was good. The room was very old, broken shower floor peeling, couch bed was painfully flat carpet dirty.

Location was near where we needed to be and price was low People drinking and smoking at all hours near the door, Loud in the hallways at night. Carpets were very stained and the hall always smelled terrible

The smell is bad..

I’ve stayed at this and other locations, as well. The staff has always gone above and beyond when asking for specific accommodations as much as possible. The prices at varying times of the year are very reasonable, and the area is family-friendly. I’ve not had any issues with noise nor foul odors, and I am a nonsmoker. I think some people have unrealistic expectations. Would recommend…

I did not stay. Saw a roach on one of the beds. I checked in late and no one was at front desk to complain to. I left the premises and did not even use the room.

the staff excellent due to the high demand of the rooms being used, they do the very best accommodate

Too noisey, stink, dirty, people slamming doors all night. Doors were left unlocked so that anyone from outside could come in. Room was disgusting.

Location

The room was dirty, filthy sheets, bugs everywhere, stove was nasty. My family and I couldn’t even stay the night. So we basically paid for nothing. I couldn’t even get anyone on the phone.
