The refrigerator had black mold, I spray the bed with bed bug spray and a roach came out. There was so much dry/dust and crumbs under the bed.No luggage cart, but it wouldn't have matter because the elevator was out of order and I was in room 235. My greeting wasn't that pleasant. When she told me that elevator wasn't working and hasn't been working on weeks. I asked was there any rooms available on first floor, she replied no,but I can cancel and check with the other one. I don't know Florida and I just travel from Michigan and I was tried and I have already paid for my room non-refundable for cancelation . When time to check out housekeeping comes around 9/9:30am checking because it states empty, but she did ask if I was checking out. I replied yes. I had a lot of luggage to bring down the stairs. The manager or maintenance man watched me and he already knew how much I had because he helped me with two of the largest luggage. He asked if I was checking out, I responded yes as soon as I get all my belongings. He said ok. Housekeeping was at the door before I could get the last of my belongings. She said they told me you was check out five minutes ago but I figured I wait ten minutes and you would be finished. I wasn't happy with her attitude. I no I wasn't finished until now, but I helped you with cleaning the mold off the refrigerator. Her response was Lord ham Mercy on her. My response Amen, have a bless day. I saw the Manager/Maintenance man and I told him it wasn't necessary to tell the Housekeeping to go head and start cleaning my room when I told you when I get the last of my belongings out I officially check out and you said ok. He just looked at me and said I hope you enjoyed your stay. I responded have a bless day my review will would reflect on how my stay was. Never again at here. I was so tired and angry I didn't take pictures because all I wanted was to go to sleep,but had to clean first

Comfortable and the room was very cool for the hot weather. The refrigerator needed updating.

Bed was comfortable, sheets were clean, bathroom was clean, water pressure was awesome. The elevator was broken and the desk girl ( bless her soul ) looked inconvenient and exhausted conveying the owner isn't interested in footing a $19k bill to fix it. One has to take the stairs to get to the second and third floors and occupants leave their garbage in the stairs instead of walking to the dumpsters. Room smelled musty. Housekeeping never came by not even once during my 7 night stay to offer clean towels nor sheets however there was an envelope asking for a tip on day one of my arrival. Ac is old and loud but I managed. No pots, pans, plates or cutlery like in other extended stays. Safe to say this place has seen its best days and it's sad since it is in such a quiet and safe location.

What breakfast I did not see? Any breakfast there at all? The bathroom was really bad.

Nothing Everything. There was mold in the room that looked like it was growing for a while. The elevator was broken, we had many pieces of luggage and we were on a higher floor. The place was not clean. We did not end up staying at the hotel. After seeing the room, we tried to cancel, and they said we needed to go through booking.com. I called booking.com everyday for a week. They said they had to talk to the hotel via phone or email. The hotel would not answer the phone or the email. It has been the most frustrating experience I have had with booking.com. Not only the hotel but booking.com has really disappointed me with their response as well. Overall horrible experience.

The guy at the front desk had a pleasant disposition once he finally arrived. However, no one was at the front desk when we first arrived, and we had to use a phone at the entrance to speak to AI until a live agent contacted the personnel. This took some time. It's unbelievable that this location received a "Pleasant" rating! The room was absolutely unsanitary and a health hazard. The first thing I noticed upon entering was the water damage on all the cabinets and rust on the stove and appliances. The bathroom ceiling had mold and worse yet, the toilet seat had blood on it, and still had particles in the toilet. To top it off roaches were crawling in and out from under the bed--so needless to say, we didn't stay there, we packed up and left, and ended up staying at the Courtyard Marriot next door. However, Extended Stay America wouldn't issue us a refund because we booked through Booking.com, which has hold times of up to an hour to reach a live agent. After sending emails with pictures, they still denied us a refund and offered me $11 credit instead!! I am in the process of escalating this matter, but none of this is acceptable from either party!

Perfect for what I needed. The rooms are clean, the bed was comfy, there was breakfast, and the staff was chill 😎.
