Courtyard by Marriott Orlando Altamonte Springs/Maitland

The hotel was ok, it served its purpose as far as a safe, clean place to spend the night. I was not impressed by the cafe attendant when I asked if it was possible to make the chicken Caesar salad gluten free by omitting the croutons and he proceeded to tell me why that was the worst, most unhealthy option for a salad.

The lady that checked me in was very kind It was hard to get some at the desk. I had to wait to check in she as in the bee area with a customer and I just waited, I tried to call to ask a question I had to call bk 3 times, and there were 3 of us waiting to check out.

The location was close to everywhere I wanted to visit for this trip! Plus, my room was spacious enough for me to relax from whichever angle I wished to view the TV and get my work done.

I came here for work and it was great. Clean and comfortable. Starbucks in the building which can be very helpful.

Check in was fast. The receptionist was helpful. I was very disappointed they didn't have breakfast included, but that was my bad I will read much closer. Accessible parking. Room was clean, no complaints. I don't think I'll stay again, I like to stay where breakfast is included.

First and foremost, whatever they pay their staff they need to make it extra! Britney was amazing! She made sure everything was fast and painless for checkin, especially since we had a late checkin. She helped guide me and my partner around great places in Orlando, since we were visiting from WPB. Definitely will stay at this hotel again. It was spacious, quiet, and the blackout curtains were seriously amazing. Loved our stay! 100/10!!

Bathroom floor tiles were dirty and grout looks it was never clean. Dirt on corners around the bathroom. Sofa bed looks dirty. AC was loud and air coming out at initial start was smelly.
