Fantastic stay. Staff very friendly. A big shout out to Poppy who helped us tremendously. We will most definitely stay there again.

Room was clean and comfortable. The location is great with several great restaurants easily walkable.

It was conveniently located in an area with restaurants and stores. The beds were comfortable and the establishment was clean throughout. The front desk staff were really friendly. My grandson stated that was the best shower he has ever had which says a lot coming from a 8 year old boy. The breakfast was not very good. I ordered an omelette with potatoes. The potatoes were hard, extreme dry and black. They look like day old potatoes. The waiter noticed and said, I don’t know why they gave you these but I gave you some more from the breakfast bar. The bar food was subpar at best. We also wish they had a pool.

Loved the location, cleanliness, and atmosphere. Only downside….you have to pay for parking. That is kind of ridiculous.

The room was great and the property was nice!

Everything was great but there was no breakfast included, you do have to pay. You have to pay for parking as well. $15/a night. You do get 4 bottles of water for free and the coffee is complimentary. But overall it was a great stay.

Really nice rooms convenient food in hotel and next door.

Great property, clean rooms. Nice staff. I really enjoyed my stay. However, just like many hotels, the air conditioning unit is loud, even with ear plugs, and doesn’t accommodate a restful sleep. Many hotels have this. Central air is quieter and allows for restful sleep.

The location is great. Walkable to several restaurant/bars. The room was comfortable and quiet. My only issue was the pillows were so flat the were uncomfortable and needed to be folded in order to be slightly useful.

The accommodations were comfortable. Air conditioning worked as it should. Plenty of towels provided.spacious room. Great location for many in our group. It was very disappointing. I expected it to be included. Then I realized it was a paid meal. Truly, the eggs were cold, as were the potatoes. I basically had a bagel with PB and then get a bill for $20+. My roommate, Karen Turner, has already answered this survey and received a call from the manager saying that our bill for the food would be refunded. I appreciated the response, as the lady at the front desk was a bit dismissive. When we checked in, the gentle man who helped us (Travis, I believe) said we could split our bill on checkout, but then we found out that wasn't true. Also disappointing. To be fair, I did book through booking.com- but I would think the check in staff would be aware of all that. I was also surprised to be charged for parking- why?

Rooms were clean and spacious. Only complaint was the shower head, needs to be replaced. Water was going everywhere but in a stream
