SpringHill Suites by Marriott Winter Park

Nice and vlean rooms and hotel and a good breakfast! Nice to offer a happy hour but I wasn't there to attend it due to other plans. I think parking should be free at least 1 per hotel guest.

Property was well maintained, believe it’s 5 years old, room was extremely clean and big and air conditioner was excellent, which is an important feature for me. The hotel is in great location near restaurants, farmer’s market, shops, etc. This is our second time staying at this property and was again a wonderful experience.

Breakfast was good and room was clean and a very nice size.

The hotel rooms are impeccable. Staff is very attentive and professional. Will definitely use this hotel again.

Although the breakfast was excellent, they failed on the basic ameninites. The beds were rock hard, the hot water never got hot (I shivered through a cold shower) and the door to the bathroom needed muscle to open and close. I complained to Marriott and they said "no one else had complained during my time there" which made the entire experience even worse. Never staying in this brand again.

No hot water. front desk staff said we had to let the water run for 20 min to heat up, which isn’t very eco friendly considering they had signs up about being water efficient and reusing towels.

We have now stayed here our past 3 visits to Winter Park. We love it for its location, the nicely appointed and comfortable rooms, and the friendly staff. It is a very relaxing environment and quite a pleasant stay. It is convenient to everything.

When you walk into the lobby the hotel was spotless and had a very clean and pleasant smell. The rooms were extremely clean and big, a king size bed with a sitting desk area and a trundle sofa , the shower was excellent and the room had the best air conditioner temperature I have ever experienced in any hotel. The hallways were extremely clean and also had a very clean and pleasant smell. The breakfast was free and had a great variety of items which were very good. They had a coffee station through out the day and a system near the water fountain where you could fill up your water bottle. The parking was onsite and ample and the location of the hotel was close to all restaurants, shopping malls, to the Park Avenue shops and to the Saturday farmer’s market. I can’t say enough about this hotel other than I would DEFINITELY recommend it and would stay here again.

The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The rooms are extremely clean and the bedding is high quality. During my stay there was a problem with only hot water coming out of the shower and sink.

The facility was clean, comfortable and had a good fitness center. The staff was nice and knowledgeable.

Half of the parking lot was blocked off which severely limits the amount of parking near the hotel. Staff never mentioned alternate parking when checking in earlier in the day. There was no parking available when we returned from dinner and I had to go back to the desk to ask where to park. Alternate parking is in a lot across the street from the hotel. I think the $15 per day charge for parking is unreasonable given you have to park in the next block. Hotel also charged two extra $20 charges to my credit card after I checked out. We called my bank while the charges were still pending and they never went through. Check your credit card statements.
