Pool area was hard to find seating. Multiple tables and lounge chairs were occupied with towels with no one actually using it.

Great stay! We will be back!

The location is great. Super convenient- pool, beach and 2 places to eat within 20 feet of the door. Everything kept clean.. and you feel secure on the property The only issue I had was the morning I was leaving- A janitorial worker saw me sitting on the bench out front smoking a cigarette rush out accusing me of leaving 6 butts on the ground the night before because of where i was sitting and he kept pointing saying “those exact cigarettes” - very rude. (P.S - it really wasn’t me- there was a container right there! )To the extent that a man staying on property asked me after what “he was coming after me for”

There is NO LATE CHECKOUT. We went to Rockville and had to leave early, wasting A LOT of money, simply because the concert was delayed due to rain and we couldn't stay until the end, as we wouldn't have gotten back to the hotel before 4 am. There was a block-long power outage that lasted about 20 hours, which I know the hotel couldn't control, BUT there was zero accommodation given to guests in the form of money back or even a later checkout, which would have been preferable. We asked and were told, "No, we're going to start knocking on doors at 9 am." But that also didn't happen; no one knocked on our door until 9:52am. Checkout was 10 am. They even locked the gate to the beach due to the power outage, so we had to walk all the way around the building to get to the beach and no one could use the pool! The murphy bed was TERRIBLE. It was so small! It was also super bouncy, so every time my partner turned over in his sleep, I was woken up. We didn't dare try the pullout couch, assuming it would be even worse. They DO NOT supply coffee, except for a single cup. But there is a 12-cup coffee maker. If you want more, you must buy your own at the grocery store or a coffee shop. They DO NOT supply soap except for some little soap bars. They should call this place Bring Your Own Stuff, not a Resort Club. You also must take your own towels to the beach, so heaven help you if you didn't come to vacation with your own towels!

The cleanliness and the pool and hot tub were great! Nothing

Overall it was good enough for what we needed it for, just a place to sleep as we were out all day. The room was big and comfortable. The security guys were super nice and helpful. The reception staff weren't overally welcoming or helpful.

Ocean side Hotel lost power and had to stay elsewhere

Property is very clean. Rooms are a nice size with all amenities. Pool area is very nice. Security was a bit hassling about chairs by the pool even when people were clearly using them .

Rooms were very spacious. Access to the pool from our room. Kitchen had everything we needed. Right on the beach. The pool was closed because of wind... no life guard and swim at your own risk but closed with 20 mph winds. Made our stay very confined..... other hotels in the area had their pools opened. Disappointed. Also no cleaning was done the 3 days we stayed or even offered. We had to return towels and get clean ones ourselves. Otherwise the room was great.

There were no toiletries in the shower. The floor in the kitchen was dirty, and the carpet was not vacuumed. There were also stains and hair on the comforter.

The location was perfect. The pictures with booking.com showed and stated waterfront view, room 3020 faces the maintenance buildings and the back of a restaurant that was very loud at night until close at 12:45 AM. Disappointed with the view it wasn’t what we had reserved.

The condos, Tennant and customer service was superb ? Having to leave after a week, not enough time ?

Atmosphere

Location and the hot tub I didn’t have a balcony. I came to Florida for a work from anywhere week and all I wanted was a balcony overlooking the ocean that had a hot tub. When I arrived they said I didn’t have a balcony. And I was put in a room right above the restaurant so there was loud music from 7am to after 9pm. Very distracting to try to work.

Murphy bed uncomfortable!

Food at beach bucket was good and location of actual hotel was good. Did not like the fact that we had to go get our own linens, towels, toilet tissue on certain days and make and clean our own bed. With this being our 1st stay here, it would have been nice NOT to have our room right over the kitchen and beach bucket. Floor in bathroom stayed warm/hot...we didn't mind the music...just the noise...ALL DAY plus the jack hammer chopping up sidewalk of shuffle board til after 9pm...couldn't enjoy dining at beach bucket or take nap on our vacation because of noise. Also, parking was very disappointing...only one spot per unit.

Very close to the beach had a resturant onsite that offered breakfast lunch and dinner. Lots of tables on the pool deck. It’s an owner ran resort. Lots of bingo, and activities. Older gentleman working at night on the desk was very helpful. Can easily walk to multiple locations if wanted. No umbrellas over the loungers only the tables, if you didn’t get out early to reserve a table, even though it said you can’t, you wouldn’t get a table. Lots of families got tables early and wouldn’t come out to use them until mid afternoon. Had one staff that worked in the day, younger, African America female was the least friendly staff out of all of them.
