Very Affordable beachfront property Bare bones amenities,( has the necessities ) have to ask front desk if you need any extras room was clean, bathroom is updated, has a refrigerator, microwave bed / mattress was soft all beach view rooms, Affordable beachfront property ( right on the beach) & has a pool Each room has plastic patio table & chairs in front of the door, can use updated furniture & also by the pool.

This is our second year in a row going there. The rooms have been upgraded with new furniture and the place is clean. There are nice chairs to sit on the balcony and look at the ocean. It’s nice that all the rooms are ocean view. We would definitely come again

So upon getting there, you can tell that the floor was not even mopped. There was hair on the toilet seat. There was hair on the shower walls when you look under the ledge, where the shower is there’s mold got a towel to use to wash my body and there was black and red makeup on it overall it looks nothing like the pictures so don’t expect it to be polished and clean. There was a moisture remover container in the room. Part of the wall was coming off. The list goes on and on, I would spend more money and not ever go to this place. I didn’t even stay the full night. I left after staying at the beach for I don’t know maybe four or five hours I did not feel comfortable sleeping there. I just knew that the bed would not be clean.

The staff was super helpful and even gave us her personal fan to use! The location is perfect. Everything we needed was in walking distance. I couldn’t ask for more!!! We will return and I have already recommended this place to several people!

The room is clean. The staff was great. The ocean view was beautiful, but the balcony was a little scary. It kind of lean down a little. I thought it was gonna fall out, but other than that everything was great at the hotel.

Enjoyed my stay. Property a little run down and out-dated but believe they are in the middle of renovations. Had a great time, would stay again.

Some minor issues in the bathroom. Hair strands wrapped around the hair dryer, some areas of mildew in shower grout, exhaust fan grill dust covered. The pop up stopper didn't seal the sink. PLEASE lift your foot high when stepping into the walk-in shower. The tile plus the shower door frame rises about 6 inches from the floor. If you're shuffling your feet you WILL stub your toe. Overall, a decent value where it mattered

I have no complaints; everything is very good and peaceful.

I have been coming to the property for several years now but it was different this year. They told me they were under new management and can no longer park 2nd vehicle even if space was available. Coffee machine in lobby, only real extra amenity, Broken. Stove top in room did not work. No longer full size fridge in the room. They had no towels for the rooms. Went to laundry multiple times and every time, no towels. It is on the beach and descent location but new management is worse than the old management. For me it’s no longer worth it.

This was my birthday weekend and I had the best time with my boyfriend. We definitely want to come back. The access to the beach was fantastic plus the pool was so clean and looked amazing..

The bed was super comfy and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare and eat meals. The water was hot in the shower and we had a beautiful view. Easy to check in and out and staff was extremely nice.

I booked a ground floor room and was moved to the top floor. Then the only elevator broke down and we spent two days struggling up and down 4 flights of stairs.

This is NOT a 4-star hotel! False advertising and I wonder if Expedia knows. This place is moldy, dank, poc-marked walk ways—-please do yourself a favor and DONT STAY HERE.

Everything They forgot to release the hold on deposit

Great location, only mere steps from the beach! The room also had a good sized refrigerator to store snacks, food, and drinks. Good water flow in the shower and the bed was comfortable. While it looked shabby, there were no bugs and the room was pretty clean. Friendly staff. Not enough parking spaces. The elevator doesn't work all the time which was a big issue for us as we have mobility issues. Even though they are "renovating," everything looks shabby and outdated, paint peeling, stained floors, broken or rotted baseboards, part of the pool area is torn up, and the outside desperately needs pressure washing. No extras, my husband had to beg for extra towels. No one tidied, made up the bed, or touched up the room during our stay.

Great place

Overall, we were happy with our experience. I will accredit that to the beach view and ease of access to the beach and pool. The room was cool and the bed was clean. There was no tv guide. There were several things that appeared neglected. The actual cleanliness overall seemed to be just a clean surface but the room looks like it truly needs a deep cleaning. The grout in the bathroom and baseboards were yucky. The floor was still damp from being mopped when we arrived. The refrigerator was not cold, my husband had to jiggle the plug to get it to work. The microwave had to be moved in order to use it because it did not reach the outlet. When taking a shower, the exhaust fan did not work so my husband took the fan off to figure out what was going on and he found that the plug was not connected. The door had to really be slammed in order to ensure that it was closed- this made us the most nervous due to having small children with us. Near the pool they had a broken bench that has not been removed and then a whole area that was coned off. For the price we paid, I feel that the memories we made were worth it. I do feel that they need to do some deep cleaning.
