The property is well located across from the beach and was a good value for our single nights stay. A few updates would be good.

They were very hospitable....showing kindness and smiling is always on the top of my list. A+ for them

Was there for bike week, owner left out towels for every bike to wipe off morning dew. I

Roim heater worked quickly. Room was clean. Door was not sealed to outside therefore cold air got in. Beds were uncomfortable. Price was ridiculous compared to Quality and amenities offered.

The location is good. Right across the road from the beach. Not to far from Biketoberfest. The room was clean. The beds were hard. There isn’t an ice machine or a vending machine. No coffee.

The location and price Bathroom was very small. You had to squeeze past the sink to get to the toilet. The door did not fit correctly and bugs got into the room.

Room was basic but it was clean. I felt comfortable staying there. Staff was nice and room was clean, that's all I ever ask. It's not the four seasons but for the price its not a bad room.

My stay was work related and not for pleasure. This room met my needs and was clean. The location was good for my work travel distance. The staff was professional and no communication problems. I wish there was a better price for working accommodations. No issues for me.

Disappointing

No breakfast, no coffee in room, location a block from the beach, easy to locate. The bed was a bit hard.

It was clean and secure Could have offered coffee or some drinks
