Hilton Vacation Club The Cove on Ormond Beach

The pool was under construction and there were no lounge chairs on the beach. Since it's a vacation club, they try to get you to go to a timeshare presentation when you check in. Balconies with views of the ocean and beach front access.

The pull-out sofa bed was in excellent shape. It had a good mattress and not a flimsy one. So I did not need the air mattress that we had brought with us. The pool area was under construction; however, we were pleasantly surprised by the neighboring pool facilities, which we could use during our stay. Overall, it was a great place to enjoy our vacation.

I have been a frequent summer guest of this particular Inn for nearly 2 decades now. I have witnessed many changes and developments. This current transition is looking like the best one since they first began as a Vacation Club. I am never disappointed by how welcoming the staff is upon arrival of guests. They are perfectly balanced with kindness and professionalissm

Pool was Under construction so it was a bit loud. I’m sure it would’ve been a lot better if not for the noise.

This is a great oceanfront property with the convenience of having most of the things you’d find at home; full kitchens, washer and dryer living space. The views are amazing and being steps from the beach is priceless. Year after year we come to continue building wonderful memories

We love staying at The Cove every time we come to Ormond. Sara, front desk coordinator, really came through for my family’s experience. We decided to stay an extra day on our trip, we wanted to stay in our same room. After making several phone calls to varies parties within Hilton reservations, it looked as if we had to change rooms to stay one more night. My family and I came to terms with the prospect of having to move rooms, so we had everything packed and ready for the next day to swap rooms. At about 10am the next day, we receive a call from Sara at the front desk. She informed me that we could stay in the same room and not have to worry about moving everything around for one night to be in a different room. She came through in the clutch! A great vacation was had anyway, but this level of service and consideration really put the cherry on top! Thank you to Sara and the rest of the staff.

The staff was great, the room was nice. Booked for my honeymoon so we could have an ocean view with a pool for us to relax at. On check in I get told they are remodeling the pool and beach access you use the hotel next door. Thats something that should have been said before I arrived. I would have never came. Got to the room went to see the ocean view it was dumpsters and construction equipment. Still charged a resort fee? For what? There was nothing here to do or access. Guess I will do that on our next honeymoon....oh wait that only happens once! They dropped the ball. I wish I would have left at check in. Have asked for a different room to not look out at dumpsters they don't have one avaliable. This should be half price with nothing available to and offer a refund for guest not notified when booking. There is a shared balcony with a view of the pool under construction.

I was in room 508c which was the 5th floor. My room had a balcony and was on the side of the building and had a great side view of the ocean. The building smelled wonderful. Carpets in hallway were nice and clean, and so were the walls and mirrors and trim. My room had a kitchenette which was very nice. The bed was comfy! I couldnt figure out the T.v. Unfortunately we found 2 different palmetto bugs on separate occasions, but these are common in Florida. There was outdoor construction going on, therefore their outdoor pool wasnt available. However, they had an agreement with hotel right next door to use their outdoor, oceanfront pool . I would definitely stay there again. They had coffee available in the mornings I think in the main building? My hubby went to get it. There were 2 buildings side by side and always ample parking. I would definitely rent again. it would have been mice if they added a sitting chair to the room in the corner near sliding door. I would without question rent there again.

Everything was great to stay for 4 nights. The room and the space along with the things you need on Vacation are excellent except of course the pull out sleeper sofa is very firm to sleep on. The kitchen is very nice and spacious except I wish the management would replace the frying pan and the sauce pot as soon as they see scratches on them as it's not healthy to cook in them due to aluminum being exposed. Next time I have to bring my own pan and pot. If you stay in South tower, then you get to use the indoor pool and the gym, but there is no beach access from this building due to temporary construction and you have to walk via North Tower which wasn't terrible at all. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The young lady (Jamelita?) who doesn't speak English was very organized and helpful in setting up the umbrellas. Overall I would highly recommend this resort place to my friends and family. Can't wait to see the finished pool area and it looks like it's going to be a really nice one!

The hotel was well maintained and was under construction at the time I was staying for a few nights. The room was clean at arrival and bigger than expected. I enjoyed the clean and comfortable room. I wanted to come here because it is traditional every year to come with my family. Hopefully construction will be done soon.

the location is absolutely perfect—it’s just a short walk to the beach. My stay at Hilton Vacation Club The Cove was truly exceptional. It exceeded my expectations and provided a perfect home base. This hotel is located in a cozy little beach town that my daughter moved to, I can't wait to come back.

The staff was amazing. Very helpful and cheerful. The hotel has made arrangements for us to use the outdoor pool facilities at the hotel next door while our pool was under construction. I lost my car key and they found it. The 2 bedroom suite has 2 bathrooms and a nice kitchen/living room. Would stay there again.

The hotel, overall, was decent. They were rebuilding the pool area and it could be noisy at times. I was disappointed that we stayed in the South Tower and had to walk across the parking lot and through the other building to get to the beach. I was also disappointed that our view was the construction area instead of the ocean.

We had a problem with the room, but the staff was helpful and acted quickly to resolve the situation with the room. The grounds were under construction 🏗 but was quiet you hardly heard them at all. Everyone was nice there, had a wonderful time. There was plenty of things to do, and many good restaurants in area.

Pool was closed entire stay due to construction, but the hotel next door let us use theirs. Other than than that 5 stars. Can’t wait to stay again

Right on beach No where on the site shows under construction. Which made inconvenient wanting to relax in a hot tub that was not there.

Great place to stay with a great view

The property was under construction. We stayed in the south tower and had to always walk through the north tower to get to the beach. Once the construction is completed it will be fantastic!
