Comfort Inn & Suites Ormond Beach Oceanfront

I paid $250.00 a night for a suite that was infested with roaches. I left that night. It was loud and rowdy at night. Not a place for children.

This is a great place to stay with a good hot breakfast. It is right on the beach. The pool was a nice refreshing spot to look at the beach. The kitchenette is good to make your own meals.

Clean room, friendly staff, great location.

The room was clean, the breakfast wasn’t great but it was a full breakfast spread, the upkeep of the hotel could have been a bit better but nothing horrible. Beds were very comfortable. The access to the beach was excellent, literally right on the beach. I would stay again.

The floor wasn't sweep, flushing the toilet was a pain wait 5 mins for the water to flush, and the worst part lots of roaches at the kitchen. Really disappointed with it 😕

Good spot to stay with the family, includes breakfast, laundry, pool was well maintained and room was clean, will stay again.

Breakfast Door was hard to open. Lights were dim.

This was a nightmare. The entire hotel is infested with cockroaches. The maid service was totally incompetent. We had to assist when and if we caught a cleaning lady and sweep our own floors and make our beds and ask multiple times for linens and bed sheets. No mops. No wiping of anything. I wanted a refund immediately but was told there was nothing we could do because we went through expedia. Tried to contact expedia and there are no humans to talk to. We paid ahead for 11 nights. We had t o keep all our possessions up off the floor for fear of infestation. The entire time. On the next to last night the manager had an exterminator that was very rude and demanding I describe the roaches. He proceeded to tell me that those roaches are in all Florida dwellings and do not travel. I beg to differ because we go every year and have never saw any. The manager had the personality of a Karen. I do have to say the evening front desk clerk, Darlene was so sweet and they don't deserve her. The breakfast people were nice as well. This place basically ruined a vacation we saved a year for and I would really appreciate a refund. Either from the property or expedia. I have many pictures to document and hope I can post them all with this.

Me and my partner had a great time staying here. The staff were nice and I enjoyed the continental breakfast.

The location was amazing. The bed is very big and comfortable. The room wasn't cleaned properly. Floor was dirty, shells on counter top, table and counter tops were sticky

The place was lovely. The facilities were awesome and the staff was so helpful and kind. I am returning in July and I'm going to book another one for August.

Location was most relaxing. Breakfast was great.

Close to hwy 40 The cockroach in the room, the hot tub was not a hot tub. Beds horribly uncomfortable

Check in was a disaster, but finally got into our room.The rooms were ok, they need updated. The bathroom was small. We stayed a week, but our room had no place to put our clothes. The pool was nice, had a great view. But I doubt we would stay there again.

Older place but kept clean

Good location, friendly staff, clean rooms. Would have gotten 5 stars if the power wasn’t off for 15 hours Friday night. No explanation and no offer of any kind to compensate us for sleeping in the heat. They should get three stars, but I’m being nice.

The location was right on the beach. The rooms were clean. It is an older hotel so not updated but the price is very good so was not too worried about it not being an updated hotel. Nothing.
