No hot water, everything looked dirty, lamp in our room was covered in rust, floor always felt gritty, room felt like a dungeon, breakfast was either dry blueberry muffin or over ripe banana, coffe machine was out of order.

Clean room,

I upgraded to an oceanfront room because the one that they gave me was actually terrible. It smelled of bleach, the mattress didn't fit the bed platform. My back hurt in the morning. The access to the beach is excellent. The patio adjoining my room was excellent as well as the hanging chair which was a nice bonus. I met several nice folks outside while swimming and all in all, I had an okay time. The staff; very nice and considerate and I have no complaints about them whatsoever. The property is just very old and they are doing the best with what they have in regard to the facility as a whole.

The beach view was nice. The room was clean. The coffee in the lobby is a multi flavor machine so it is not the best coffee. The continental breakfast consist of apples, bananas, mini blueberry muffins and yogurt. The coffee pot in the room is a single serve drip and you can’t even bring pods to use in it. It uses a flat tea bag type coffee, and you have one sugar, one sweetener and one powder creamer. The room key was still an issue this time with four trips to the front desk to get it reprogrammed. I was hoping for a better trip this time because this hotel is on the dog friendly part of the beach which makes it convenient traveling with my dog.

Exactly what my parents wanted . Ocean view, balcony and helpful staff!

My only minor criticisms would be: * Parking can become limited when the hotel is fully booked, and there is an additional daily fee for parking. * Guests staying in the kitchen units are required to pay a refundable $25 deposit to receive kitchen utensils and dishes, which felt a little unnecessary. * The complimentary breakfast is very basic. It includes items like bananas, muffins, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, and similar grab-and-go options, but there are no hot breakfast items such as eggs, bacon, or other cooked foods. * The hot tub wasn’t very hot during our stay. * Because it’s a family-friendly resort, there were times when other guests were loud around the pool and common areas, so if you’re looking for complete peace and quiet, that’s something to keep in mind. None of these issues took away from our overall experience. The property was clean, the staff was wonderful, and the location was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

The door handle for my room came off but the front desk receptionist was very helpful and got it fixed really quick

Clean bathroom, easy beach access.

The hot tub was not working, and no effort was made to repair it. The exterior of the hotel desperately needs a paint job. The continental breakfast is very minimal. The sea wall on the beach is in desperate need of repair. However, the room was well equipped. The cleaning staff were very friendly. The office staff needs some training in Customer Service.

The rooms were humid and beds and furniture chipped and poor quality. Very dark at night, felt unsafe. You can’t see if someone is outside on pool area at night. The neighbor next to me was having an argument with neighbor and it lasted a while. Ac made terrible noise. The ads misrepresented the room and amenities. Will not stay here again. Will not recommend. Was told if I smoked or trashed room, I would be charged. I am a grandmother and mother traveling alone. How they thought I will trash the room was insulting. I didn’t feel safe in this hotel. Asking for a refund

Checking in I didn't think this would be as an amazing place that it actually was. Rooms were beautiful,, view was so gorgeous. Amenities were great. Def recommend

I sat down on the side of the bed and it felt like I was sitting on a stack of newspapers. So, if they give you room 208, just be sure to ask if they replaced the mattress. The shower had the overhead showerhead that dropped water on me. No pressure just gravity. And not a lot of volume. No tub.

Can be update the facility and breakfast can be better but other things are good

Such a quaint lil property. Great location, especially because I have dogs and so nice to be able to take them for walks on the beach. Loved that the hotel was small and had an elevator. (I pack more for furries than me) everything was so clean and staff friendly. Because it’s dog friendly and smaller hotel, by the time I checked out, I felt like I knew many of the other guests. When I head back to beach for a stay, I plan on staying here. Definitely recommend.

The staff was excellent and very helpful. We enjoyed the wine tasting, the pool area, the cleanliness. Wished we got the view of the ocean with the balcony. All in all it was a great stay. We loved it.

Iit was very clean. The staff was friendly and honest. I left something in room when I ck out they chased me to my car to return it. They went above and beyond.
