Reasonable price you def get what you pay for. Owner was awesome and attentive and they do keep the place clean

New paint & renovated bathrooms. Cold a/c. Exceeded my expectations

Nothing Roaches EVERYWHERE! bathroom, shower, bed, walls, everywhere. AC not working and the owner has crusty nasty hands

They gratiously switched us to a ground floor room right next to the great pool area

Location convenient to friends there. Clean bathroom. Good shower. Furnishings very worn. Bathroom sink very inadequate. Entry door & bathroom door did not close well. No coffee or tea option.

The first thing to remember, is this is a budget hotel. In a super location. Not being a new facility it looked clean well maintained and I would stay there again. Again keep in mind the price point. I stayed the weekend for $202. The room was a tad small but fine, a coffee pot would have been nice.

Comfy beds, cleanliness, very friendly staff The neighborhood at night did not feel safe.

Our room was spacious and clean with great natural light from two large windows. The “mini fridge” was super cold, which is unusual, even for the pricey motels. The exterior was well maintained with very attractive landscaping. An additional plus was the walk-in closet! Very good location if you love the beach and it wasn’t crowded at all. The Staff was friendly and helpful… The check-out time was 10am which seemed a little early. A coffee maker would have been a plus.

Old outdated buildings. Nothing up to date. No continental breakfast as advertised. No coffee pot in room or else where. No safety chains on door. If there were any availability elsewhere while I was in Daytona I would’ve left

Clean room, refrigerator was nice and bathroom was clean no extra door chain for security so felt vulnerable, check out time is 10am not 11am. no coffee pot in the room or continental breakfast. Staff was very dry and stiff personality so not welcoming and did not make the visit feel hospitable. The lack of chain lock on the inside of the door and no coffee mean we will not book again at this hotel but it was a clean room and good as a place to just sleep.

The man at the front desk was so extremely rude it’s insane . The bed felt wet the towels were dirty
