Had amazing breakfast combinations to choose from

Our room smelled so bad. The fridge wasn’t cleaned. I was able to have housekeeping come clean it but it still stunk up the whole room. The bath did not drain well. “Free breakfast” was bare — bagels, cereal, or yogurt and fruit. Nice location on the beach. Nice staff. But needs work and won’t stay here again.

It's old but clean. Loved the full size shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower. Smelled so good. Comfortable beds. Nice big pool. No hot food for breakfast but still good. Bagels and cream cheese, yogurt, fruit, instant oatmeal, muffins, cereal.. Very weak coffee! Publix,, Outback, Dunkin and more with in minutes. Rip Tides is 5 minutes down road and has amazing seafood! Wasn't happy about paying $10/day to park. Don't feel like it's a hotel that should charge for parking..Staff was very friendly for the most part. Mark, at breakfast, had such a great positive attitude everytime we saw him :)

We really enjoyed our stay, especially at how dog friendly everyone was. The room was a bottom floor with the patio off to the deck and pool area, that slept 6(plenty of room for 4 and a dog). The patio was fenced in and perfect for our dog. The staff are friendly and helpful. The only complaint was the air conditioner could have been colder, but it is July on the beach and the fire alarm chirped off and on all night our last night! We will definitely be back!

This property was dirty and rundown. The staff was non-existent could never reach anyone when I asked for towels. I was told I was only allowed to. There’s three in our party. The pool was dirty and cloudy. There were two maybe three tables with two umbrellas so on the hundred degree heat you were left to melt by the pool. I would never stay at this hotel again.

Beach front, nice pool, large room. Only down i can speak about is the parking.

It was clean inside and the staff was very nice. Our door handle didn’t work properly, the air was not cold in the room, and the ice machine on the 3rd floor was so loud.

The staff were so sweet and caring! We unfortunately got food poisoning during our trip and they made sure we had everything we needed while confined to our room.

Parking was easy and accessible. Breakfast was always great - could use eggs and waffles!

Not a private balcony. More like a fishbowl. Also, you can see large cracks in others balconies. I was scared to sit on the balcony. I usually pick a room mainly based on PRIVATE balcony so I can enjoy the beach without the sand.

Starting with the positive, I would stay there again for sure. For the rate, The View and location were both amazing. We were on the 7th floor with the big room. The hotel is pet friendly with a great rate. I would like to recognize Kiki and Derek. My mom had an accident on the beach on Monday after having shoulder surgery just a month ago. Derek as well as some strangers on the beach put my mom on the luggage rack and brought her up to the room and literally picked her up and put her in the bed. He went above and beyond. There were some suggestions that we have about the rooms and it sounds like with Kiki being in charge and housekeeping things will start to get addressed. Our room kind of look like someone may have slept in the bed before us but I did bring my own sheets because of the pets. There was hair in the bathroom floors in the corners and the toilet overflowed one night. Maybe the rooms need plungers but for sure they need better pillows, ice buckets, microwaves, clean or replacement carpet as it was really dirty. I have never seen a refrigerator a small as the one we had in our room meaning we had to constantly put ice on the coolers to keep our drinks and food cold. Ice is only available on the 3rd and 5th floor. Maybe more ice machines and possibly vending on each floor would be more helpful. The steakhouse across the street put some kind of flyer under or on our door sometime after 10:00 one night. Maybe a little more security presence.

The carpet was covered in other people’s hair, as was the bathtub. But the location was convenient and the beds were clean

I am very satisfied with my stay at Spark. The hotel is very clean and well-maintained. It has an excellent location in a quiet and peaceful area. It's very convenient as well – a CVS store and a great Mexican restaurant are located just nearby. Highly recommended!

The staff were amazing! Autumn at the front desk went above and beyond. Breakfast was fresh. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Pool was clean, and the beach had easy access. Had to pay $10 a night for parking.
