Morning breakfast was wonderful. You’re right there by the ocean and a pool and the staff was very helpful.

However I wish they did some updates, the rooms smell

Property was fine. Too much pot smoke smell in the elevators.

WHEN WE ARRIVED ORMOND BEACH FL. FOR OUR 3:00 PM CHECK IN 07/28/2026 WE WERE TOLD THE HOTEL WAS CLOSED DUE TO A FIRE 3 DAYS PRIOR. WE HAD NO PRIOR NOTICE. AND IT WAS UP TO US TO FIND NEW LODGINGS.

Me pareció algo resista nada de atención al cliente groseros y tuve un inconveniente problema con el parking y sobre cobro

No me gustó que la piscina no tiene luz y que no ahí suficientes parqueo para los huéspedes

Everything was great but no coffee makers in the root

After a long flight, the front desk also made us go downstairs to pick up the extra sheets and bedding for the spare bed, which should have already been provided in the room. The space was extremely small for a family of five. The only polite and helpful staff members were the maintenance and facilities workers. Unfortunately, this was an awful experience, and we would never stay here again.

It was nice I was able to view the fireworks from my room. The elevator was super old that’s all

Fire on third night. Whole hotel evacuated. Everyone on their own. No emergency lighting in fire escape tower. You have to empty out your room in the dark. Drag your luggage down the escape tower steps while others are going up to their rooms. The place is very low quality tor Hilton name. Very old and dated. Continental breakfast. That means not really a breakfast. Disaster. .

Wellness Occurred in so many ways

Clean room, comfortable bed, cold air. Couldn’t use the pool due to a very large group that was drinking very heavily and smoking in the pool along with language. 9:40 at night I had to call the front desk due to how loud they were and us trying to sleep. I was on the 5th floor and couldn’t sleep. Let’s not even talk about the fire and my handicap wife trying to navigate 5 floors of stairs. Having to try and find a hotel with rooms available was very stressful. Don’t expect any drawers to put clothing in because there are none. No in room Safe to secure valuables and extra cash. Bed, Chair, table, bathroom and TV. Bare bones.

We had to evacuate due to an electrical fire, left us with no help and no one in the office to assist us, waiting on a refund for the few hours that we were there

A very nice oceanfront room very clean and a nice balcony. The staff was very helpful and very nice and friendly. The breakfast was great.

The hotel is in poor condition and lacks maintenance; the rooms have neither a microwave nor a coffee maker.
