Check in staff was very helpful. I loved the indoor pool/hot tub and the outdoor pool. I loved the extended hours so I had time to use them. Room was very nice, comfortable beds and linens.

The room was clean and beds were made nice I got told by the night manager that there were no cribs and found out from the morning receptionist that there were indeed cribs that I could have used for my 2 week old newborn

Chrissy who help us during our stay was wonderful welcoming and very helpful with everything we needing and always had a smile on her face and a positive she made everything great.

Location is convenient. Rooms need updating. New flooring and vanities would make a big difference. The staff are very friendly and customer oriented. Overall for the price, it is a good place to stay.

The outside pool area was wonderful. A waterfall into the 2 foot wading pool. A little river down to big pool. Was awesome. Right on the strip. Beds were comfy and room was clean Indoor pool was cold but not a big deal.

The condition of this property was actually great, we stayed at a couple of other budget inns in the area. By all account this is nice. The showers were clean and not some stage of repair, the bed was comfortable, and the room was spacious and clean. I discussed this with the general manager before we actually booked the room, he said "We are dated and we are old, but WE ARE CLEAN". Truth said. We looked at the pool which was clean with people enjoying it. Try this the next stay you book at the Lake Of The Ozarks.

Our initial rooms air conditioning was HORRIBLE so we switched to a different room where the A/C was nearly as bad so we checked out and stayed somewhere else.
-
This place is disgusting. We saw the room and went immediately to the office and demanded our money back. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. We moved to a different lodging.

Great location and clean property
-
Microwave or refrigerator. There were very few outlets. This made it difficult as we both have CPAP machines.
-
Clean room. Great staff. Enjoyed the indoor pool and the outdoor pool looked lovely. Property is basic and looks to be under renovation. I would stay here again.
-
It had a pool The room smelled like smoke, the toilet seat was broken, shower didn’t work properly, and the bed sheets weren’t very clean.

Thr staff was friendly, payment went through without a hitch, and the pools were absolutely lovely. I found a roach nymph in my room during my 2 day stay there, I had to have look up the species becuase I wasn't sure if it was a bed bug, or what. The "Continental Breakfast" was bagles and toast, oatmeal, processed snack cakes and granola bars. So hardly breakfast at all. I'm rather lucky I was not traveling with a large family, I would have been livid. 2 out of 3 Ice machines were empty any unused in the corridors, and their vending machines were limited to only soda and water.
