Nice clean rooms great price

Property was close to grocer and shopping. I deal location for work.

Locally owned and excellent price but a bare bones hotel. Bathroom door did not shut. It did not appear. The bathroom counter had been cleaned. Could definitely use upkeep. Was a good place for dogs to stay with us.

Ice machine was broken. No refrigerator in room

I get quiet and comfortable sleep and open parking near my room. Only amenity I get is a coffee maker. There is a microwave in the front desk for public use. Breakfast is offered at 0700 but I needed to be at work by 0630 so I can't comment. Staff are pleasant, accommodating and friendly. Overall, it's good for business stay.

The friendliness of the staff. Didn't get the room that I booked. The room (Ceiling was coming apart, there was an odd smell, people out side doing Marijuana, the inside hot tub was okay. Due to couldn't turn up for more heat or bubbles. Had issues with the room key sticking. Also only had 1/2 roll of toilet paper. Was supposed to have Deluxe king size room with a jacuzzi.

Me encontre una garrapata en mi piel cuando llegue a casa

Outside pool, I side pool, really comfy beds. Host so, so nice. Easy location. Many will say the building is dated, and it is, but it's cool, and old school lake nostalgia.

Our room wasn’t ready so we weren’t able to go to our room until an hour after check in time. The room was clean. I wouldn’t call donuts and toast a continental breakfast.
-
Room wasn't very clean. It had trash on the bathroom floor and no toilet paper.

On the first night, there was a loud argument taking place outside our window, making it difficult to relax. We were also unable to park in front of our room because a broken-down vehicle with no license plates and flat tires appeared to have been sitting there for quite some time, creating an eyesore. The room itself needed some attention. The bathroom door had to be pulled hard to close properly, and the bathtub was dirty and stained. The TV was very small, and the main wall light fixture was barely hanging on and covered nearly half of the light switch. We had requested a rollaway bed before arrival. It was not in the room when we checked in, but the staff quickly provided one and were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The biggest disappointment was the pool and hot tub area. The indoor pool was advertised as being 80 degrees, but it felt much closer to 50–60 degrees and was too cold to comfortably enjoy. The hot tub was only slightly warmer than the pool, with little to no jet action, and felt closer to 75 degrees rather than the expected 100+ degrees. While the staff was friendly and responsive, the property could benefit from better maintenance and attention to guest comfort.

Location. When we arrived I was given keys for our room. Uh opened the door and room had not been cleaned.so a lady said oh they gave you the wrong room so took a hour to get the keys for our room but house keeper let us in a different room. Well it was quite obvious that the room had not been cleaned. Beds were made. But I let housekeeper know that it obviously has not been cleaned. Bathroom sink had knats in sink , urine around toilet floor was nasty she did come clean the toilet and sink. Floor was not vacuumed. Microwave was on the floor with food splatter on it and so dusty on the top of microwave. Mirror had fingerprints all over it. There was no remote for TV had to Chase down housekeeper to get one. There was trash underneath the two beds. Bedside table and dresser was filthy. Opened the drawer to put clothes in an well there was a blob of brown something. Clothes stayed in my bags. Coffee pot had cigarette ashes in the water container of it. Ice bucket had dirty fingerprints and a hair in it. Only one ice machine there was working and we had to go All the way by office to get ice. Pool was not very clean on outside pool. Heater wasn't working on the inside pool. We went to Dollar tree and got us a ice bucket for ice bought antibacterial wipes and febreeze spray cause our room smelled very dirty. We wanted to leave but I done paid for our stay. It was a very uncomfortable stay there. Hallway floors were not vacuumed all weekend food on floors. Housekeeping seemed to have a lot of time for standing and talking and not sure where they were but they were definitely not cleaning the rooms. I did hear one of them say they were short on a housekeeper but they were definitely not focused on making sure rooms were cleaned. We will never use that hotel to stay at again when we go back to the lake.

I have to travel for my nieces court there and even though its dated it is well clean and the area has restaurants close by. The staff is always friendly and helpful. We have stayed twice now and will be staying again soon.

Very clean, friendly staff Other than some woman pounding on our door at midnight, drunk and lost it was ok

Price No fridge or Microwave

Bed was comfy, employees were kind. They gave us the wrong room, I dont know if there was a miscommunication from booking.com to the hotel, but it was the wrong room. The breakfast were hostess treats and toast. The bathroom was almost all yellow, wasnt a great stay. The pools were dirty and not the best kept.

Then I didn't realize the place had no elevators! So we had to get a main floor room with a king bed and a tub because I'm an amputee and in a wheelchair. After several minutes, they came up with a room for us. Well, it was on the main floor, just inside the door from my car; and there was the king bed and a tub! However, the bathroom was really small: hardly could get my wheelchair in to sit on the toilet! Oh, the toilet was from at least the 1970s: small with a small seat that was more than just loose, it almost threw me off when it slipped to side! Then, there was only one partial roll of toilet tissue! We ran out second (departure) day. Used box of facial tissue to finish job. Wait, I left out 2 big things: bed & dresser drawers were so close I couldn't get wheelchair through to the bathroom. They were quick to come down and slightly move dresser drawers. Then we realized there was no mini-fridge or microwave, but staff got ones for us. Put them on top bed stand next to wife's side of bed. The staff was very accommodating -- but it's weird we even had to worry about the issues. Place looks like it's from the 1970s, and our room looked it. Our outside door was marred and the lighting inside was poor. Room was really narrow and old. One picture was of a more modern part of motel, not the old larger part. I doubt we would have booked for over $90 a night for 2 nights if seen real place.
