Quails Nest Inn and Suites

This place is disgusting. We saw the room and went immediately to the office and demanded our money back. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. We moved to a different lodging.

Great location and clean property

Microwave or refrigerator. There were very few outlets. This made it difficult as we both have CPAP machines.

Clean room. Great staff. Enjoyed the indoor pool and the outdoor pool looked lovely. Property is basic and looks to be under renovation. I would stay here again.

No refrigerator!!

The motel is dated and does need some upgrades but for the money it was more than adequate. It's a place to save on money and be close to everything that's going on. We don't go on vacation to stay in the room anyway. It was clean and comfortable and I really have no complaints. Staff was great and I would stay there again!

Friendly place close to Los of restaurants and stores. Great value for families looking for an affordable stay with an indoor and outdoor pool.

This hotel is great because it has an outdoor pool, an indoor pool, and a hot tub. We enjoyed all of them. The breakfast did not offer much, but there is a big grocery store across the street. The room is very spacious and the staff is very friendly. I will definitely stay here in the future with the family when we come for a concert in Camdenton. The drive was also very easy from the concert.

You messed up the dates of my stay now I have no where to go

I gave this hotel 5 stars because of the price. The room had everything we needed. There was an indoor and outdoor pool that both worked great. Yes, the hotel could use some updates, but all we needed was a clean place to sleep. Also, I do not consider donuts a continental breakfast, but with all of the money we saved staying at this hotel we were able to eat out for breakfast and lunch and still spend less than staying at one of the hot breakfasts included hotels.

Nice affordable place to stay. Kids enjoyed the pool indoor and outdoor.

It was grewt

Quails Nest Inn did not disappoint me. This was a business trip & lodging for a two night stay as I had a two show event in Osage Beach. The property overall is well maintained. For the room rate, this was a fantastic choice! My room, (125) was very clean and all room accessories were in working order. Very clean & comfortable bed!

Perfect get away

Older property, a blast from the past. Nothing exceptional. Very well maintained. Room was clean and quiet. Enjoyed the outdoor pool, also has one indoors . Friendly staff & guests. Harkens back to simpler times. Would definitely stay there again.

Loved the landscaping and how clean the main areas were. Quaint little place to stay. However the room was very humid so the sheets felt wet. Definitely dated, and cleaning in the room could be a little more thorough, especially at a changeover. Found trash under the bed and behind the dresser.

Floor needed to be swept and mopped. Linens were clean and extra sheets provided. Some of the pillows had a definite cologne smell to them. Guests were quiet. Swimming pool was not loud and crazy. Parking right in front of room is nice. Ice machine working! Continental breakfast had limited donuts, i went down about 740 and they were already down to about 5 sugar donuts. Supposed to be from 7 - 10.

Additionally, the toilet leaked water onto the floor every time it was flushed, there was no telephone in the room, and the furniture was heavily worn with rips, holes, and stains. The windows were visibly dirty, and there appeared to be dog hair in the bathroom. Overall, the condition of the room gave the impression of an older budget motel and would greatly benefit from extensive repairs, remodeling, and modernization. That said, the customer service was exceptional. Every staff member I interacted with was attentive, courteous, understanding, and genuinely empathetic. After I expressed my concerns and requested a refund, it was processed immediately without hesitation, accompanied by sincere apologies. Although the condition of the room was disappointing, the professionalism and compassion of the staff left a very positive impression. They handled the situation exactly as excellent customer service should.

Friendly service! Room was clean but wet spot on floor that didn’t go away and room smell like mildew! No microwave or refrigerator! But for a one night stay and the price wasn’t too bad and air conditioner worked really good! Was maintained well for a older building

These are not issues that would keep me from returning. They just need to be better.
