The room was clean and comfortable. I stayed just a night, but it was enough to get rest.

The rooms were very clean & furnished w/ many extras, including iron & ironing board; hair dryer (in case anyone forgot theirs); & plenty of lighting. Nice downtown area w/ many excellent restaurants to chose from, Starved Rock State Park area is a great hike full of colors! Deb

This was only an overnight as part of a longer roadtrip; however, as we will be traveling through the area a couple of times a year; this has become our go to mid-point stopping location. The staff and hotel were incredibly comfortable and the Ottawa area was quite lovely. It would have been great to have more time to visit the shops in the downtown area and take a little hike at the Starved Rock area.

Of all the hotels I stayed in while traveling this is by far the very best. Staff was beyond excellent!!! Extremely responsive! I found everything so enjoyable, I had to stay another night!

Location. Bed comfortable. Air Conditioning did not work during the night! Kept shutting off. The fire lights in our room woke us up in the middle of the night…no fire.

We stay here every time we come to Ottawa. We love the clean rooms, friendly staff, the outdoor patio with lots of seating and a grill, it’s close to everything including grocery store, gas stations and restaurants. Especially Starbucks just a few feet away!

Good location They said it was updated still looks old and rooms are dark. I can’t believe Marriott puts their name on this hotel

More non-dairy options at breakfast would be great. I love eggs and waffles, but they both have dairy, so plain eggs would be a great addition.

The hotel was clean. Staff was amazing. The lady at the front desk was so helpful and nice. We had a problem with our fridge it was fixed in no time. Pool and hot tub were nice Nothing
