The room was very clean. The air conditioning worked very well. Check in by staff was very polite and quick! Breakfast was very good and coffee was excellent. All staff were very friendly.

Very clean staff was nice Staff said you were unable to watch tv in the lobby. People wanted to visit and watch the game and and staff said there policy would not allow us to watch tv. Not sure why.

The staff was very courteous and helpful. The rooms were spacious and the beds were super comfortable. My small family loved the convenience of the mini-fridge and the microwave in the room. The breakfast was without a doubt, the best hotel breakfast I ever had. The western style omelettes were amazing. I wanted the recipe. The luggage carriers were hard to locate and the one we found was difficult to handle. Also, the free wi-fi didn't work for us even though we followed the very simple directions. I would have called the staff about it, but I just decided to get some sleep instead. It was a minor inconvenience though.

The check-in was easy and the clerk explained the way the curtains raise and lower with the button on the wall. The room/bathroom was clean. Checkout was easy as well.
