Hilton Garden Inn Oxford/Anniston

Our 1st room had AC issues, had to be moved to a different room but this was solved. Breakfast is not free.

Hotel has gone down hill, majorly. Crusted food was on the floor, shower tub was black, there were other people's hair everywhere. Smelt weed as soon as we got on our floor.

The electrical outlets in the room were so large that my cell phone charger and computerwould not even stay in the wall. The bathroom sink plug was extremely difficult to open and close. I had to go downstairs to talk to the people at the front desk for them to finally give me a code for the Wi-Fi. The regular way was not working. When I arrived on Friday, I had to bring all my luggage in on the side walking through the grass because on a Friday afternoon at 3 PM, there was a large truck to pressure washing. What are they doing pressure washing on a Friday afternoon were they very large number of people coming in for the weekend? The hotel people were very nice. The pillows are the beds are pretty much worthless. I don’t mean to be ugly or disrespectful but if I have a different option that next time, I’m probably not gonna stay at the Hilton.

The staff demonstrated exceptional professionalism. When I encountered difficulty accessing the correct room, they made every effort to assist me. Their courteous and supportive manner was highly appreciated.

Nothing! Everything, took over 3 hours to get checked in and it clearly states that check in time is 3 p.m. and we didn't arrive until after 5, then the ac stops working in the middle of the night and ended up being 80+ degrees in our room! Will not stay here ever again!! Breakfast is not included, you have to pay $15 per person to eat!! Just bad very bad!!!

No contenetal breakfast Air conditioning was in and out No soap in the bathroom when we arrived Room was small No fold out sofa First guy we delt with at checkin acted like he hated his job and was burdened that I came to the counter to check in The breakfast they did have was 13 dollars a person you could eat better breakfast out for that much

Convenient location Air conditioning didn't work and the pool was closed. We were told since we reserved through booking dot com that they could not make any adjustments to our bill. Will not be back.

Good quality The floor above us leaked water into our bathroom, soaking the bathroom floor. It dripped from the light fixture.

Jason at the bar made my whole night with a drink he made special so I would like it The ladies at the front desk were so friendly and kind! The room was clean comfortable the bed was comfortable nice fluffy pillows! 10/10

Clean room, unprofessional staff, waiting 2 hrs on extra pillows and blankets, had to make 2 trips back and forth down stairs to get help, room phone didn’t work. Breakfast is 13.95 a person and is absolutely terrible. I’ve had way better breakfast for free at other places. I understand if you have to charge for breakfast to not lose money but at least make the breakfast good and flavorful.
