One staff member I believe her name was Daisy was very professional and attempted to be as helpful as possible. The location of the hotel was convenient. The parking was adequate and convenient as well. Traveling with parent for a family member's memorial service and a high school graduation. As I mentioned, one staff member I believe her name was Daisy was very professional and attempted to be as helpful as possible. There was also another staff member who checked me out, his name escapes me. Keonte or Kentay, I am not sure. However, he did check me out and was very rude when I mentioned that the room I paid for on the Marriott site was not the room that I received and it was acknowledged at check-in. The front desk told me to come down and they would see what they could do. I told them I had work meetings back to back and the events I came for and I would come down when possible which was at the end of my 2 night stay. We left the evening before we were scheduled to check out. Essentially this staff member told me they don't have anything to do with what is on the site or the price I am charged for different room types. They have what they have and that's it. Very rude. I definitely wouldn't stay there again with his approach to customer communication and service. The final items to note are the breakfast, it was disappointing and overcooked. We were hoping for a better breakfast experience, perhaps more of a continental breakfast, given cost. Consider having a non-dairy creamer option. My mother is lactose intolerant and she was not able to have any coffee with creamer so we had to go somewhere else for breakfast. The linen on the bed did not look fresh and clean. The bed did not sleep well. The towels were hard. The table in my room by the couch did not appear to be clean. The view was less the great so I kept the window closed. The wifi was "OK".

Cleanest room I’ve stayed in in a long time and we are frequent travelers who usually stay in much more expensive rooms. Cozy beds, nice bathrooms. Nice decor. Highway is loud but we always bring a white noise machine anyway so it didn’t bother us. Noon checkout was awesome. Reception staff was so sweet.

The roomwas Nasty. The couch bed that I seep on had a busted zipper. There was insulation and foam showing. There were stains on the towels. Would not recomend this Courtyard by Marriott. Staff was friendly thats why I gave it a two.
