The staff was great!! The location is run down and old!! Air didn’t work great and it smelled of mildew and mold!! Carpet in rooms were absolutely filthy.

This was just a small little get away and I made sure to book a hotel with great reviews and no pets. I felt assurance and free as soon as I enter in the building. The staff was very polite and helpful. The room was very nice and spacious, the bed was amazingly comfortable. The breakfast was very good, I like that they serve hot breakfast. My family will definitely recommend Comfort Inn Suites in Oxford Al, and so far this will probably be the only hotel in Oxford that I will choose. I thank the Lord for traveling grace and mercy and thank you Comfort Inn and Suites for accommodating mine and my family needs.

I had a problem with my reservation and the front desk helped me through it. The air conditioner was not on in my room so you could smell the humidity. So I turned on the air conditioner and by the time I was unpacked the room smelt normal and the room was comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the towels were large. Overall a very nice stay.

My room was clean and very comfortable. The staff were both helpful and friendly. Check in and checkout was quick and efficient. I didn’t use any of the amenities because of being so tired I slept late and didn’t make it down for breakfast. Missing breakfast was fine because I enjoyed sleeping late. I definitely would stay there again.
