Holiday Inn Paducah Riverfront by IHG

The woman at the front desk, Brooke, was horrible. We arrived at 5:30 pm and she told us the room wouldn’t be ready for another hour. Apparently they allowed the whole hotel to check out 2hrs late and put them behind. When asked if my wife could at least use another room to be able to change for an event, she said no she can change in a public restroom stall. I feel this room was way overpriced for the level of service received and the fact they did uphold their end of the service purchased.

Excellent choice when in Paducah or passing through. The staff is outstanding, rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is unbelievable delicious.

I did not realize that breakfast was not included and I think it should be for the price.

Our bartender Sarah was fantastic. Even though the bar was busy she made sure to check on everyone..all while smiling, laughing, and making us feel like we were all friends.

They do not offer a complimentary breakfast. They do have a restaurant that serves breakfast, but the breakfast service ended at 9:30 .... a little too early in my opinion.

Room was spacious. Parking was limited.

The room was very comfortable with having a couch. Very clean. Nice restaurant. Air conditioning in restaurant was too cold.

Everything looks new. Bed was amazing. The nice gentleman at the overnight check in desk was so kind and welcoming even at 2am. Much appreciated!

Bathroom door wouldn’t stay open but other than that it was good!

I didn’t venture out, so I can’t speak on local amenities, but the hotel was convenient, clean and helpful and close to some great walking paths which I enjoyed

The food, the service, and cleanliness of the hotel were the highlights of our stay. However, there were some small details that could use some improvement. For example, the Kleenex dispenser was almost empty upon arrival and so we went through those quickly. In addition, sleeping was a little difficult due to the noise of the air conditioner.
