The Respite Bed and Breakfast

Visited for a 2 night stay with our 10mo old. (They provided a pack n' play when we had forgotten ours.- big thank you!!) Very communicative and kind staff. Room and bathroom were very clean and spacious.

Andrea was very helpful. Check in was a breeze. Breakfast was amazing

Lovely accommodations and delicious home cooked breakfast in the morning. Elevator was so helpful. This was our second stay and we'd return again.

The breakfast at the B&B was fine. Facility and location were good. Did not like that we had to go to a restaurant the second morning because of a function the B&B was hosting. The restaurant was crowded with wait time and the certificates we were given did not cover the cost.

Great location, close to the river walk and downtown. Very clean room and common areas, the pool table is a nice plus! Friendly and efficient staff too! No complaints!

We enjoyed the property, very quiet and well maintained. The billiards room was nice, we enjoyed having a way to spend the evening. We would definitely stay again, it was a nice stop over, but would like to explore Paducah more.

Beautiful property, inside and out. Getting in and out of the building as well as the room was made easy with codes (easy check in/out). Breakfast was delicious and filling. Room was clean and spacious for just us two. We didn’t have any negative comments!

We had a 3 night stay at The Respite and it was wonderful! It was peaceful and relaxing, and oh so beautiful! The staff was very friendly and quick to respond to any questions. Breakfast was a treat and the location was very convenient; an easy walk to the National Quilt Museum, the Riverwalk and the vibrant downtown area. Staying at The Respite was the highlight of our visit!

Property, while clean and in great shape, didn't seem to have any "personality" (e.g. no pictures on the walls, no floor lamps, no comfortable chairs, etc.). Bed, incredibly high and hard to get into, had no table or light on one side.

The room and amenities were wonderful! The bed was comfortable and the furnishings were very tasteful and of good quality. We appreciated the elevator and air conditioning. The breakfast was phenomenal! We felt like we were visiting family with a wonderful home cooked breakfast. We liked everything!

I got the bed but no breakfast to be had. This place was essentially self service with no host or staff available or apparent during my stay. Nearly a week from my stay and still no response or resolution. Had to call them again to get any acknowledgement of the missing half of their name. The facility itself was very nice.

Breakfast was fresh and tasty. The residential location was quiet. Location was very close to everything we wanted to do. The room was cold for us and there was no thermostat

The bed was very comfortable. The location was nice. The room we stayed in had a pleasant smell. The towels & washcloths were good quality. The carpet wasn’t clean, the bathroom was outdated, there was an unpleasant smell in the main area of the house when walking to the room, the keurig pods were not a good quality coffee.

Fantastic stay! Would absolutely stay here again

Clean, safe, great sheets. I had everything I needed in my room. Not expecting to have to climb a flight of stairs. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. Good location for historic district. I would recommend. Never saw any staff. But that was explained when I made the reservation.

We had room 1 and it was very spacious and clean!
