Didn't have a good view

Clean and cozy

Enjoyed the hot springs being onsite. Price was high for a simple room.

The pool and hot tub were amazing. The rooms were cleaned everyday. Excellent location. I liked the grassy area, shade trees, picnic benches and lounge furniture.

The TV didn't work (connection), however, we spent the majority of our time outside of the room, so it didn't make that big of an impact. The cleaning staff opened our door before knocking the morning of our departure. Then they kept pacing back and forth to see if we were gone yet.

Location Value Size Shower water temp lukewarm I felt the maid service was lacking

Had to be separated from spouse for bath house. Doing it alone.
-
Hot springs right on the property in multiple temperatures. Staff were more than friendly and helpful. We plan to return. Pools a little dated but serviceable.

Loved the access to the pools and hot tub. Grounds were beautiful. Staff were very pleasant. Rooms were clean and well stocked. Balcony with comfortable furniture was nice. There was a strip of threshold between the bedroom and bath area that had very sharp fasteners about every 6-8 inches. Sharp enough to draw blood on my daughter’s foot. To save water etc, the property requests visitors hang up and reuse towels…I’m all for that but the room we were in had only two hooks and no towel bars. We could have used 8 hooks with each of us using pool towels, room towels and swim suits. There is plenty of room for hooks.

Great hot pools! We noticed it helped our skin lesions and arthritis. Upper bunk in the cabin had a thin, hard lousy mattress. Bunk area was stuffy, had no window . Kids in the bunks were constantly bothered by adults passing through to any other room. Needed more dishes in kitchen.

we love the pools and the location would have been nice to be able to control the heat in the room We ended up turning off the heaters completely and opening the windows as the auto heat was too hot.
-
An incredible value. The pool is large and 94-96 degrees fed by natural hot springs. The hot tub and bath house feature natural hot spring water and is therapeutic. It's in a great location. Walking distance from great restaurant's and shops. The cabin was cozy Nothing

The rooms were so-so. You had to walk across parking lot or around building and then through the lobby each time you wanted to access the hot springs. There were a lot of rules about towels and keys and such but maybe necessary to run a tight house!

Just its location Run down property - too pricy for the value received
-
The trees and landscaping was very nice. Every staff member we met was welcoming, kind & helpful. The physical facilities need a serious upgrade, repair, renovation.
-
Great location. Somewhat dated but well maintained. Great staff

I will be honest, I was a little taken aback when we walked into our room. It was more rustic looking then I imagined. But it actually grew on me and we loved staying there!! The room was big and very clean!! We definitely would go back!! The hot water for taking a shower took a few minutes to get hot, the hot water in the basin never got hot and the phone that we had in the room was a fake phone. I told them about the phone when we were checking out and she was going to check into it. (Room 21)

The soaking pools where great. The facilities are a little neglected. With a little work, this could be a great place to stay.
-
Dingy Dark Rooms, no hot water, only luke-warm, no freezer. Extremely poor lighting - cannot read without a flashlight. No pure water unless you buy bottles. This place is better than the Disneyland waterpark next door...

The cabin was small, bunk beds were in the middle of the hallway tight squeeze. Luckily my kids are toddlers. The hot water for the shower runs out quick. Overall its still a good cabin if you can manage it.
