Place is NOT as advertised. It's a dump and has no hot water. Rooms are vintage 70s... Will not stay there again

The mattresses are crap as they are very uncomfortable with a lot of sinkholes from being worn out. The shower was the only nicest thing. The breakfast I wouldn’t even call a breakfast. Many people walked out and the front desk has a lame excuse of they can’t work the front desk and counter.

The property is very outdated. All carpets were dirty. The continental breakfast was ok. Would not recommend staying there.

The conditions of my room were atrocious. Things were broken, damaged, dirty. The front desk worker was incredibly kind and sweet, but other than that, this hotel was a total bust.

The bathroom was super small, shower was updated but no room for the toilet and the power went out a few times.

The location was convenient to the hot springs, right across the street and within easy walking distance. The building was newly remodeled. The room was nice and spacious. The check-in clerk was friendly and answered all our questions. The only disappointment was the included breakfast - all cereals and carbs without any proteins.

The front is a bit shabby, the back looks like a slum. When we arrived, the back door was propped open; it was also propped open when I went out to get breakfast in the morning. There was no obvious reason, no activity, to explain why the door was propped open. The door was locked when we returned from dinner. The room is poorly lit and there are no shades on the bed-side lamps. I usually don't book through Expedia and this experience will remind me to avoid you. The cost billed was considerably more than I expected -- about $230. Even worse, I found two charges from the hotel, one on the day we arrived, one the day after we left, total about $80, that I disputed and which resulted in having to cancel my credit card.

There was also a balance on my account upon checking out that the clerk couldn’t figure out. I prepaid for the room so there shouldn’t have been a charge. But they did move us to a different room because we had our service dog with us.

The property was clean, very old and under construction. No elevator, had to carry bags up the stairs. The staff was very pleasant.

We were told the room was recently remodeled. It looked unfinished. Paint on the door, glue on shower floor. Clumpy grout painted over. Bath was not clean, dirt in the corner of the room. Base board was loose in places. Bath had no finish on the side of the floor. Staff less than helpful. Went in for breakfast. There was nothing, not even coffee. The time was 8:00 am. We will not use Quality Inn again

Steer clear. Very much a “by the week” place. Nothing like the pics. Felt very unsafe and we did not stay.

Lobby was in different building, breakfast was cold and shared a room with Papa John's, mattresses by front door and both buildings smelled real bad and needed alot of repairs, no yogurt
