We’ve stayed here several times and love it. It’s a great spot!

When I arrived, it was clear that the property was not what was advertised and totally inconsistent with the reviews I read. The room was very spartan…exposed conduit to distribute electricity…the furnishings were old and the overall feeling of the room was discomforting. Additionally, there was a band blaring away in a club at the end of the parking lot. Overall it was not a property where I was willing to stay. Ultimately I got back in my car and found alternative accommodations.

The room was clean, the stay was quiet, perfect for our honeymoon. We enjoyed the Overlook hot springs, Beny’s authentic Mexican food is top notch, and the. Eon Mallard is just a short walk from the hotel. Highly recommend!

we got the cabin suite for just one night and it felt like leaving home the next morning!! the staff was so quick to respond and was so helpful! we had a nice homemade breakfast and set off in our way :)

I loved this motel, very nice and conveniently located. I would stay here again!!

Clear communication prior to check-in, great location, quaint and quiet room. Great in-room pour-over coffee.
-
It was a lovely stay.
-
Property advertized free complimentary drink for guests but when I tried to get it with my wife at first they say OK but later after we finished our drinks bartender asked to pay for it.
-
The stay was good, but there is so much construction going on, on the road in front of property, so it was difficult getting into the parking lot. Other than that, our stay was good.
-
The A/C in the room did not work very well. Not the issue with property, but the road was very torn up due to construction.
-
I like how they restored the old roadside motel. Great adaption and redo.
-
Room was pretty small and bathroom was slightly cramped. Location was good and parking was fine. A/C unit in room barely kept the temperature tolerable. I don't think the A/C would keep up on a hot day. All together the stay was okay for the money.

Sooo, cute. Had a great night here.
-
Wonderful little hotel/motel. The rooms are spacious and clean, and in the middle of Pagosa. It’s a short walk to sit by the river or to bars and restaurants in town.
-
Didn’t have enough towels and fridge didn’t work well. But other then that great room and location

It a great place to stay for what it is. It’s a motel that’s clean and comfortable. Not a lot of amenities but that’s the purpose of this type.
-
Cute, clean little place. The bar is a fun, funky little place. The motel is centrally located and walkable to restaurants and hot springs. There is construction in front of the whole area right now but it wasn’t to bad.
