Great place. Clean and well kept up. Staff was nice and helpful. Engaged with us on our returns to the facility after a long day out. Great hot tub and sauna. We will definitely stay again . We walked everywhere from the hotel.

Samsung tvs allowed us to log into our streaming services. Much appreciated. Water pressure was good. Traffic in the hallways is a little noisy in the rooms. Our mattress was very firm. That works great for me, but maybe not for everyone. We would definitely stay here again. The location on the river and walking distance to downtown is fantastic. It is also very close to the weekly Thursday night rodeo.

Clean, bed was firm, hot water, had shampoo, conditioner, body wash. Right next to river walk and river. Nice outdoor seating. Easy walk to a few restaurants.

A one night stay! Clean room and nice staff. Breakfast could have had a few more offerings, but the staff was there to refill quickly. We didn’t use the hot tub or see it. With no through ventilation in the rooms, we used the air conditioner to cool down the room but it was so noisy we couldn’t use it through the night. Pricey, but so is everything else in town.

Excellent stay at the RiverWalk inn. The hot tub and sauna were excellent. The staff were amazing. Only slight complaints were that the bathroom sink was very small and the breakfast was not great, even by continental breakfast standards.

Clean rooms, super helpful and very friendly staff staff, laundry services, nice hot tub, within walking distance of downtown, good breakfast. Overall 10/10 wonderful and best place to stay in Pagosa Springs!

So glad we found this place! Rooms were immaculate, staff were friendly and a brewery right next door for dinner overlooking the river.
