The service provided by the phone operator, the maintenance workers, and everyone altogether was great! The free upgrade was really nice and a nice benefit. The tvs didn't have reception on the first night so they refunded the Resort Fees for 2 days.

The staff was amazing, very helpful and welcoming from the reception all the way to housekeeping!! The restaurant next door (Azúcar) is a plus for drinks to the food. Room was nice, comfortable, quiet,relaxing and close to downtown restaurants. Will definitely be back and thanks for a great experience

Everything it was so perfect, amazing staff, Montserrat was an amazing host, my husband and I, we are so thankful with everyone and with everything.

Everything was great . We stayed here lots of times… Joline I think was the name of the lady that check us in.. She was really nice and helpful… chill relax place and walking distance to everything

The AC was a little weak considering the heat. We had a difficult time trying to maximize the airflow which blew very little AC.

First time staying here, really enjoyed the hotel! Great location, walking distance to DT Palm Springs, very quiet (cane during off season though), room was spacious, had the king deluxe suite with patio and private tub on patio, does seem a bit dated but thats the hotel aesthetic. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Came for just one night but wished we could’ve stayed longer. Front desk was amazing - offered us a little bubbly and explained everything the hotel had to offer. Super cute room. Will definitely keep it in mind next time I visit. We went for a girls weekend 50th bday party and had a great time.

Everything was great, except they charged a $50 fee, days later. Was separate from my receipt for my stay and was not told why. I did not receive a receipt for this additional charge.
