I liked that it was small and the view of the mountains from the pool was beautiful! A couple of the beds were not very comfortable and one of the windows didn’t shut all the way

We love staying at The Three Fifty. They are under new ownership as of recent. I hope they put some money into it. It’s definitely showing its age. The rooms are clean & spacious, but it’s time for a refresh. The flooring, the caulking, the pool, and where’s Daisy Duck?!?! That pool float is a staple here. Ten rooms in a U-shape mid-century hotel with a pool in the middle. Perfect location & walking distance to everywhere.

Brian the host wonderful. The stay was tranquil comfortable and quite.. Will be back in August!!

We’ve been staying here for many many years, we love it! First off I thought we booked a room that we always stay in and apparently we got bumped. We got an email saying that we have contactless check in, that’s fine. Every guest after us was walked to their room even had their bags and ice chest carried in!! I happen to have a broken ankle so a little help with bags would’ve been really cool, apparently we don’t rank up there! It’s was very odd and off putting!

Housekeeping and front desk staff are amazing and will take care of anything you need. Location , pool and views were the best. Walking distance to all the stores and dining in town. Room was nice and loved the snacks and bubbly that was provided in the fridge. Continental Breakfast was included and served at the hotel next door by the pool. That was an extra treat for sure. This place will be for sure on my list for another stay in Palm Springs.

Great location! Downtown PS is at the doorstep, as is a BevMo!! The room was perfectly fine. Nothing boujis, but everything worked, was clean and the bed was very comfortable. For the money, it was on point. The contactless text service was impeccable and, honestly, really nice. A couple more umbrellas around the pool would have been great. In the June heat, there weren't enough for all the sun lounger pairs. That would have made a lovely difference.

Exceptional

Very self-serve, which was unexpected. No services on property. Rooms could definitely use some help. It’s an older iconic property, but definitely needs some upgrades to bring it back to its original glory. There was a power outage that lasted a couple of hours during the night, in the summer, with the heat, not great. Evidently, it’s something that happens periodically in this neighborhood.

I like the intimate layout and location of the hotel. There are 10 rooms surrounding a pool. The hotel is located in an older part of Palm Springs, which gives it a charm.
