I liked that there is a lot of different pools. A lot of space How well maintained it is. Staff was amazing from check in to the restaurants and valets. If we would walk by staff they made sure to say hi

Property is great, we loved all the pool areas and there was plenty of seating and food options on the property. The only inconvenience we experienced was the parking kiosk. We were given a parking tag with bar code to scan at kiosk for in/out access and half the time it didn’t work to get in or out. If I’m already paying $300/night for my stay and another $35/night to park I really don’t want issues coming and going. There is a call box so someone can open gate, however is appears this is a continuous issue and staff is aware so I feel like the technical issues should be sorted out.

Excellent! Really enjoyed the stay and will highly recommend, great place for families with kids!

Was not able to use the main amenity which is the pool. They were the only hotel in the area to close the pool due to thunderstorms. I called 3 hotels and all of them were open. Had to checkout early and leave, didn’t even get my refund back. Will not be going back to this hotel again.

Unfortunately the place was absolutely teeming with families. Adults drinking alcohol in the pool whilst children screamed everywhere and long lines for the slides. Lazy river was clogged with people drinking beer and blocking it. Thank heavens for the adult pool. The wait for the two restaurants was 45 mins in the evening. An unpleasant wait in the main lobby whilst children ran around shouting and jumping on the furniture at 2130 at night. I’m a teacher. I love working with kids but this place was completely over run with them and not the luxury resort I was expecting. The rooms also have quite hear through walls and it was all pretty noisy. The hotel kindly waived my resort fee as I said all this had rather spoiled my stay.

The cafe When I checked in no one explained what my card would be charged. They just asked for my card and ID, they also seen that I was with two young kids and never told me about any activities for them. The hall way to get to the room felt like it was the same tempter as outside. One of the restaurants wasn’t available unless you booked it days in advance. The same goes for the cabanas in the pool area. So if you can’t find a chair at the pool area you’re out of luck. The fridge in the room isn’t a refrigerator so there is no keeping drinks cold for the hot weather. I am very disappointed with this stay after all the money I paid

Our room was clean and the staff was such a blessing to have around the amenities in the hotel.

Pools, lazy river and waterslides were nice but very warm and not very refreshing when it's over 110 degrees out. There's not much free open seating/chairs near lazy river/slides because there are so many cabanas to rent for reservations and most were empty. Which goes to show that people do not want to pay and will just sit on the other free loungers in different nearby areas. The room was very large and had 2 king size beds plus a small table and seating area. Bathroom had shower and separate tub (there are no grab bars in the shower which is good to know if you're traveling with someone who has a disability and require them). The room also has a small balcony which we didn't use because it was just too hot out. The A/C in the room didn't seem like it could keep up in cooling it, we woke up at night sweating. Also, the hotel lobby/main areas, hallways to rooms and elevators were so incredibly hot it felt like the A/C was broken throughout the hotel so we didn't really explore it much. Just stayed in our room or was about by the pool. For the amount we paid, I expected a lot more, at least A/C that was working properly. Not sure if we will stay here again, will have to look at other resorts in the area for next time we go.

My only complaint would be the lazy river was hot water and not refreshing it felt like a jacuzzi. The water in the lazy river was also dirty we stood for the weekend and both days it was dirty looking still so we didn’t enjoy that much and went to the splash pad so I’d say 4.5 stars only because of the lazy river part

This was very family friendly and it was amazing! My kids loved the lazy river and it was relaxing little getaway for the summer!

I didn’t like this there was no air-conditioning in the hallways. It’s very hot there.
