Tommy Bahama Miramonte Resort & Spa

I enjoyed eating at Grapefruit Basil. The food was delicious and the ambience was nice for a Friday. I enjoyed the pool and the fact that there was fresh towels available. There was one day were the water dispenser warmed up. At the end of departure, I was surprised to see parking daily parking fees. I would say great if we knew there is parking security that goes with it, but really.

Nice place

This was our second visit to the large pool, and both times, the pool area was not staffed sufficiently for the number of guests. If you don't mind getting up and ordering at the bar, no biggie, we just ordered at the bar. The pool bar staff were very nice. There was trash under the shrubs at the pool, which was a bummer because overall the landscaping on the property is beautiful! The indoor bar staff seemed a bit bothered and less friendly, but the drinks were good, and it had a nice vibe overall. The food we ordered from the inside and outside bar was excellent. Lots of parking close to the room and no charge. There was a strong smell of marijuana when we checked in and ordered from the bar. Even with the small negatives, I will definitely return - not deal breakers and we really enjoyed our stay.

The ground were absolutely beautiful! The staff especially Noah were very helpful and we loved the bikes

The rooms were clean and comfortable and the pool area was well maintained and conveniently located.

Muy buen hotel, el spa muy lindo & buenas atenciones

The layout with rooms dotted around gardens. It was lovely to wander in fresh air thru to my room. Ground staff were friendly. So much. Firstly had pay over $1000 Aus deposit on arrival (despite having already paid for my stay). This meant I had unlock suitcase , rummage thru get out other card , go online unlock card to allow larger transaction. Then there was dirty glass outside room. It stayed there for 5 days. The patio door wouldn’t lock without huge effort (ultimately I kept asking staff to tend to it). Coffee kept running out at reception. Hidden pool had what looked like pieces of nappy/pad on bottom of it. Plus dirty towels left for hrs & really what sort of place has to put up a sign at pool to tell people with diarrhoea not to use it! Late nite Check in guy was nice but other bar staff & others inside terrible/miserable. I was at conf at Indian well resort & went to Hyatt also. They don’t have tell people to stay out of pools & were exceptionally friendly staff at these other 2 resorts.

Only had one complaint our room was on the second floor, but there were no elevators, apart from that our stay was fantastic.

The staff was very helpful and kind. Great pool area and delicious restaurant. We’ll be back!

We went with some friends for a peaceful getaway. The pool was packed and like a night club with DJ and not enough chairs for everyone ended up going to the smaller pool not enough chairs there either . will not be going back there.

It was my 5th time staying in this hotel, and still cant get enough! Definitely recommend to take advantage of the spa and treat yourself to very delish breakfast at the restaurant

Room cleanliness is more important to me and everything was perfect.

We had a wonderful stay! The pool was definitely the highlight of the trip, our kids absolutely loved it and spent hours swimming and having fun. The staff provided excellent service throughout our stay and were always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and family-friendly, which made our experience even better. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to families looking for a relaxing getaway!
