Grand Hyatt Indian Wells Resort & Villas

My only complaint would be the lazy river was hot water and not refreshing it felt like a jacuzzi. The water in the lazy river was also dirty we stood for the weekend and both days it was dirty looking still so we didn’t enjoy that much and went to the splash pad so I’d say 4.5 stars only because of the lazy river part

This was very family friendly and it was amazing! My kids loved the lazy river and it was relaxing little getaway for the summer!

8th year in a row stay at the Hyatt Regency -Indian Wells after staying two years at the Omni Rancho Las Palmas. Everything was GREAT. Look forward to next year.

Everything was great

We had a wonderful stay very relaxing. We had a pool side view (a little loud but that’s to be expected being pool side) but the once the pool closes it nice and quiet. Are room was bigger than I expected and it was nice and clean and cool with the A/C. Pool side hosts are great we had a great server I want to say his name was Erick he had wonderful customer service. The restaurant was tasty Omar was a great server. My daughter who is 9 had a wonderful time in the pool and enjoyed the pool slides she had a great time and wants to return again. Room services was great we had to call it in as the QR code was not working for me when I tried to order room services we received are order in probably 30 min. We had a great time I will recommend this hotel to everyone if they are planning a trip to Indian wells/palm springs!

Loved the location and resort. Food was really good too. Just missed the pools. They closed before we were able to use the lazy river and slides. But overall great experience and ambiance.

This place is a perfect get away. The service from parking to hotel was absolutely perfect. The service was great by all staff members. The pools were clean and the food choices were excellent. Definitely a great place for the family.

I enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt! The room was spacious the adult pool, water slides and lazy river were my favorite. Definitely coming back to this dessert gem.

Found this resort, and had an easy decision from the views of the resort, reviews, and location… and of course, the lazy river! Beautiful resort with incredible staff. Extremely helpful and attentive Valet and Bell Service, Great Bartenders and Staff at Carmochas… Friendly Baristas at the little market (thank you all for making our morning lattes!)… and shout out to Sean and Jeremiah - our Fantastic Servers at the Hi Tides Day Bed. You both were incredible!! Our room was beautiful, too!!! Comfy bed, well maintained features (I loved the furniture and layout). A/C in our room was perfection! Bathroom was spacious and the shower-head was perfect. Body wash smelled fantastic! Overall exceptional resort and stay.

You have to stay in the newly renovated villas it’s a game changer. You also have access to a golf cart ride 24/7

Great stafff

IF I had kids it would’ve been a great place to stay but since it was a girls trip I may have stayed at a different resort. I left some clothes there and they got them and had them sent to me. Staff was super nice and helpful!
