We had an amazing stay! The check in was quick, room was very nice and clean and we loved spending the day in the pool! The food and drinks at the pool were great as well. Will definitely be coming back

DO NOT BOOK THE AMENITIES We booked the spa amenity as a couple just to find out you will be split from your partner and have a separate room per gender. Steam, jacuzzi, and sauna cannot be shared with your partner. These details of you being separated were not mentioned on the website. We were only allowed to be together in the patio with no drinks or snacks offered since we didn’t book the $450+ massage like other couples. We booked the aguachile demo thinking we were gonna taste different types of aguachiles, with other guests, when we found out we were the only ones that booked the demo, we had an aguachiles plate done for us already and having the “chef” talk us about the things he like in my home town. But not doing the plate from scratch. The food was pretty poor as if it was done by anyone, this chef does not know how to do aguachiles. The cocktails were also very strong that were not drinkable. It would have been nice if they would’ve let us choose our drinks after paying 120$ for a “aguachiles demo” Market prices are insane take your ownsnack

The grab and go food was not great. I had to return an item because it was still frozen. The coffee was terrible and burned as well.

This place is totally awesome we were a group of woman soccer players we brought our family and they absolutely loved it. New yearly Labor Day destination

Room was spacious, a little dirty and outdated. We enjoyed the comfort of being on the 1st Floor. The staff at the the front desk, the bellman, and the Valet Service staff were very nice and friendly. They made it very easy to get in and out at the front desk. The food at the Pool bar was very good. We also enjoyed the market place where the staff was very nice. I do have one complaint that has to do with the pool staff. We came into the pool with our cousins who were with us and they stopped our cousins and said, "Where is your wristband" . We didn't have any and neither did they because they were guests of the pool. It made it very uncomfortable and odd because no one else at the pool had wristbands. We were staying the entire day and were buying plenty of food and drinks so I don't understand the need for the person at the main pool gate to demand, "where the wristbands were."
