Grand Hyatt Indian Wells Resort & Villas

Overall a good experience. The main issue we had was that the Hy Tides Park (the area with the lazy river and water slides) opened at 10AM and closed at 6PM on days we were there. The kids wanted more play time in that area.

Loved the sunken living room and contemporary retro decor, water slides and pools.

maintenance was very good in correcting the phone issue. housekeeping could have better communication when it came to cleaning ,other than that we had a great time.

The hotel rooms could use a fridge instead of a "cooler." For family's traveling with kids, we've got stuff that needs to be kept cold. The pool has free bike rentals for 1 hour which are a blast in the morning! One of our favorite amenities. Our family has been 2 years in a row because overall it's a really great time! It's a little on the pricey side but the stay is really comfortable and enjoyable.

The room, when I arrived, was clean; the patio was dirty, and probably the previous guest's hair was all over the patio DISGUSTING. However, the pool area was so gross and dirty. The smell was HORRIBLE! Tried to take my 2-year-old to the children's area and could not tolerate the stench! Smelled like something rotten. Thank God I had on sandals; the whole area was dirty, with ants everywhere. The lazy river was so dirty, and roaches in the pool. I would have expected more from such a prestigious resort and the amount that was paid to stay! OH BEWARE: to park there is $35.00 self-park a night! Valet is $40.00, really! You would think parking would be included with paying so much to stay there. Please think twice or be prepared for all the extra expenses and a dirty smelly place.

Nicely decorated.

Very family friendly. Everything was clean and convenient. The water park area was very well maintained. Spent the whole day there with the kids going down the slide.

Nice personal, great food, fan toboggan for little ones and adults, near golf courses shopping center

Overall not much things to do and not much food selection especially for kids.

Amazing stay at Grand Hyatt Indian Wells! Beautiful resort, great pools, friendly staff, and a relaxing atmosphere. Everything was clean and well maintained. Can’t wait to come back!

Great hotel and pool is perfect for kids

We love the property. We have stayed twice. FYI: what they say is a mini-fridge in the room is actually a beverage cooler. Won’t keep stuff properly cold.

Th hotel was very famiy oriented. The staff was friendly. We stayed because there was the National Finals for dance which was hosted at the Renaissance Hotel right next to the Grand Hyatt Hotel. We were getting shuttle service to the Renaissance Hotel so we didnt have to walk with the 100°F + heat! Now thats service! Food was great, the swiming pool was great. 11/10 stars! Definetly would come back!

Great place to take the family

This is the 4th time staying at this hotel and it is the best hotel in Indian Wells. 5 star service, friendly staff, great food and amenities. I will keep coming here. This hotel never disappoints, I will keep coming to this hotel every time I’m in town.
