Renaissance Esmeralda Resort & Spa, Indian Wells

My husband and I enjoyed the weekend with friends at the resort. The room and the grounds were well-maintained, very accommodating, and suited our needs perfect.

Resort was beautiful only down fall was our room kept having issues.

Beautiful hotel. Clean and attentive. Great for families and couples alike. Maybe not so much young singles. Good food and great bar. Fun weekend entertainment.

Excellent place to stay to enjoy golf and family time

Everything was perfect. One of the better hotels we’ve stayed. The only thing was while sleeping on the first night there was a sound of an alarm going off for about 15 min. It was loud and coming from the outside.

Great weekend but then found a fraudulent charge made to my account. Still waiting for a refund, such a shame because I love the Renaissance properties. I hope it gets fixed soon.

First time going to that resort great place family place

Overall, our trip was average based on flaws ranging from broken tiles on the floor where I tripped on, to spider webs and hives stuck on the stucco, to only having one elevator to get into our room on the east side , to having sharp umbrella bases in the pool area. Not to sound like I’m complaining but prices were ridiculous at the pool area; high price, low quality. The pool staff seemed like all they wanted to do was party with hotel guest. The highlight was the courteous staff in the restaurants and the cleaning service. They made sure our welcoming was worth it. Valet was professional and knowledgeable. For being a “prominent”’ hotel, sure didn’t seem like it. We won’t come back here. It’s unfortunate.

everything was great and perfect

The pools are only 3 feet deep throughout so no real swimming and not so refreshing as water is too warm on summer days. So many kids. Bar was fun but not many restaurants and food options on site. Only four elevators so backup was crazy at busy times.

Beautiful property with amazing pool! Rooms are spacious and decorated nicely. Staff is courteous and friendly.

My daughter and I had a great time staying here. The rooms were nice and clean. The staff were super friendly and accommodating, especially at the pool. This was a 10 out of 10 experience and would definitely stay here again

There’s an older hispanic man who has been there since my family and I have been there for years. He deserves a raise! Always looking out for our families.

The grounds are beautiful. Hotel is very clean and very nice. I wish they would have more restaurants. The food and drinks at the pool were very good! Our server Marcos was awesome! The pool should have a deeper end ….it’s only 3 feet. Other than that, it was wonderful.

Staff was informed about a drunk guest in pool they refused to help. Once the guest became unconscious my daughter and wife had to physically pull the guest out of pool. Staff did nothing to remedy the situation.

My restroom was a little dirty and no body wash or conditioner but when called for them they took them with in 10 min from the call everything else was okay
