Pool was closed for over 24hrs. It had to be drained and cleaned. Kinda sucks when the weather was nice and hot
-
Definitely our favorite place to stay in Indian Wells. We absolutely love the live singers at happy hour

I submitted a 5-star review on Google highlighting my experiences from the first time I visited vs my recent visit. Even though most of the amenities and perks were non-operational, I still remember having a wonderful time during my first visit several years ago when the property was undergoing a change in management and major renovations. This recent experience exceeded my expectations and made it well worth a return visit.

Lovely room, fine property. Easy access to the El Paseo. I did not dine there but the bar had nice music and a good vibe. I’d stay there again.

Everything came out good..only thing was theres a charge of parking daily
-
The hotel is good and it’s a relaxing place, just the pool hours really killed the joy. And the way they’d come and kick you out. Like come on it’s summer.

Loved everything about this resort only thing to make it better would be a microwave in room
-
Room looked old and smelled. The floor looked dirty like it needed to be vacuumed. When I went to lock the too dead bolt on the door it completely fell off on to the floor so our door didn't fully lock. I didn't even sleep under the covers because I felt so grossed out by the room. Woke up at 7 am and drove home as soon as I could

Such a great value and appearance that we at first thought we were at the wrong place because it was so much nicer (and upscale) than we expected. Fantastic! And we suppose you get that a lot!!

This hotel was great. Staff was courteous, helpful, and amazing. One of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed at. The only downside was that the pool was not available for a few days and the WiFi internet was horrible. You advertise nightly shows, dinner, and a bar but nothing was there. If those amenities were improved, it would have been a 10 across the board for me. I really needed the internet for work. Overall, it was a “Good” for a place to stay…

Hidden parking fee of $25 per night
-
The property was clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful upon our arrival.
-
The furniture was old, dirty and poorly maintained. Very limited amenitites. This place is more comparable to a Super 8 or motel 6

The location in beautiful Indian Wells is very convenient. The exterior is very pretty including the pool area which is wonderful but my room desperately needs an update.
-
It’s an old hotel so the walls are very thin, a lot of people were there with young children, teenagers, and they were having a blast but it was really loud. The food is very overpriced and not very good. Staff was wonderful, rooms were clean but the place is OLD.
-
The room was great. The kids from the family above us were very loud and jumping a lot. Started early and it was late at night and they were still at it.
-
Weird smell in room. Pool not open for days.
-
The patio was very nice. Did not see many people inside the hotel. Was not too impressed with my room. It smelled like urine when first arrived. We did alert the front desk. They provided air freshener that did not help or the spray can button was broken.
