I also enjoyed a 60-min Arnica Deep Tissue massage, which is done in a cabana off the pool area. Sergio, my massage therapist, was excellent, I enjoyed every minute of my treatment! The whole resort has a very quiet luxury vibe, simple yet elegant place to stay. I would gladly come back here the next time I visit Palm Springs.

Beautiful property, stayed in the Herman bungalows part of the property. Cannot say enough about the stunning design of the rooms. Very private property. Very relaxing.

First, undisclosed fees. I was under the impression I only needed to pay for the resort fee ($45 per night). Which is fine, but I ended up also being charged for valet (not optional) of $35 per night. Gratuity was also included. Second, I paid to have the room decorated prior to our arrival (for my gf’s birthday). What we got (and mind you I paid $120 for this) was 10 balloons and some cheap decorations poorly taped to the walls. They literally fell off an hour into our stay. I asked them to please tape them back on the walls and they once again fall off. For $120 it was such a waste of money.

Walking thru the door to the grounds was like walking into a serene, quiet oasis. We chose a pool view room . It could be seen from our room and it wasn’t too close just right. Room had everything we needed. Loved the rain shower which we had two one outside and one inside. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. I really couldn’t get over our serene the stay was no loud music or loud people. We ate breakfast in a cabana like table area. Wonderful food. Omar at the bar and eating area was always there with a suggestion on what to drink and asking how he could help. If you want to escape the hustle and bustle of life with the love of your life this is the place for you. The women at the front desk went all out to help with any questions I had. We will be back.

Amazing experience! Make it sure you book the Hermann Bungalows. It's amazing and everything brand new and has a private pool. I can't wait to go back.

What really stood out was how accommodating they were with our dogs. They even gave them a thoughtful goodie bag and personalized bone-shaped name plates, which was such a special touch. The staff truly went above and beyond. The food by the pool was excellent, and they also serve a really great wine selection. Another huge plus was that they made sure my car was fully charged and ready to go, which made the stay even more stress-free. The Le Labo toiletries were a luxurious touch, and every single staff member we encountered — from the bellmen and car attendants to housekeeping and the front desk staff — was tremendous. Everyone was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. This property exceeded expectations in every way, and I can’t wait to return.

The hotel itself was so relaxing. I loved spending time by the pool, and the whole atmosphere made my birthday trip feel peaceful and special. One thing that truly touched me was receiving a birthday card from the hotel. It was such a thoughtful gesture and honestly made me feel so appreciated and celebrated. The housekeeping staff also did an incredible job and were so sweet throughout my stay. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. Overall, this hotel made my birthday unforgettable, and I can’t wait to come back again!

My husband & I stayed here on the last night of our Babymoon. We would not stay here again. The 1st room we were put in was secluded/towards the back of the hotel, and the internet connectivity was terrible. After spending time at the pool after check in, we went back to the room to find a note on the bed that said they would be doing landscaping at 9 AM, sorry for the inconvenience. This room/its patio was surrounded by hedges, and since I am pregnant & don't sleep well my husb. called about moving to another room. Despite the hotel grounds being pretty quiet/seemingly empty, the front desk attendant was not very interested in accommodating this request. After some insistence by my husb. the manager Riccardo agreed to change our room. He came to escort us to new room and "check out the room" we were leaving - whatever that means. While getting ready for dinner, water is all over floor. It was the AC leaking & dripped until checkout next day. I was told Engineering had gone home, could only have housekeeping put towels/bucket down on the floor. Next day after having bfast & seeing nothing had been done to the room, I called & told Dustin at the front that this was not OK. He then approached us at the pool w/o introduction, 1hr before checkout, and asked if Eng. could enter room. Said no to late checkout, that he would have them enter when we left. Sure enough they knock before then. Rooms also worn w/ dirty headboards and husb. shocked by weird old light switch in bathroom.

Lovely staff and our favorite hotel in Palm Springs, 10/10!

  • Engine customer Apr 2026

The staff is very pleasant but the experience varies depending on which room you get. My room had extremely dirty floors and several lights that didn’t work properly as well as a picture that was almost falling off the wall. I was right beside the laundry room and the machines did not stop being used until 10 pm. Nice pool area and bar and location.

Very little space to hang clothes in the bungalows , considering how much space the grounds have, they totally forgot guest have clothes

  • Engine customer Apr 2026

No competitive sport chase for a sunbed by the pool - everyone is accommodated. Lovely grounds. Don’t be put off by the roadside location! You would never know!

The pool are with the covered shade areas, fountains, bar,, lush green plants, fire pit, palm trees, grassy area where we did yoga, we're all absolutely beautiful and well maintained. The dirt driveway was odd for this high-end resort.

Very nice, small and quiet boutique hotel . It was exactly what we needed for the weekend. We stayed in the Hermann casitas and they were beautiful !! The only complaint was that the pool in the Herman casita area was a trendy shallow pool. I think a large normal pool would be much nicer . Otherwise very well run lovely property.

The total experience was amazing. There were a few people who reserved lounge chairs early in the morning with books or clothes. then left for the majority of the day.. leaving them un usable for other people to use. Quite rude really since there were only 8 lounge chairs avsilable. Still awaitng the email promised with our statement.

Hard to find; road closed signs on road to location. No mention when called for directions. Un-requested upgrade to more expensive room. BUT we preferred original reservation and did not like decor or patio of upgraded room. Staff outstanding. Food very good.
