The staff was attentive and very kind. The pools and hot tubs were the perfect temperatures and we booked another trip at this location as soon as we checked out.

Musty odor so bought Lysol and ended up ok. Service was great. Good location. Free Washer and dryers were awesome. Bed was uncomfortable, mattress needs to be changed due to sinkhole feeling.

Lovely older hotel. Rooms were clean and well air conditioned

Upon arrival we were given an ADA unit and asked to change to another room as we didn't need the ADA equipped unit. We were immediately given a room similar to the one I've stayed in before. It's a wonderful property. Spotless and well equipped kitchen. The property is meticulously landscaped. I can't wait to go back. BBQs are sprinkled out through the property and very clean. Underground garage also a plus with the warm weather.

Great staff! Beautiful tennis court and mountain views at my balcony!

This was an excellent option for my family's first trip to Palm Springs. It was close to downtown which made it easy to visit the strip. It was also not too far from Palm Desert. This isn't the most luxurious or pretentious resort to visit, but its a cool mid century resort that is clean, safe, and conveniently located It's also unique as it sits right at the mountain with a few resort amenities - including a pretty hip restaurant and adult pool. I would definitely stay here again.

Always a great property. Always great people at the property.

Very spacious rooms. This property is a older, but has a charming vibe. The power went out for about 18 ours our first night there. It was mildly unpleasant, but not unbearable. We sat by the pool and kept checking the power company website for updates. There's only one very old elevator so I would ask for a 1st floor room the next time. Housekeeping services are upon request, but since there were plenty of towels and we came with our own amenities we really didn't miss having them come in every day to service the room. The room we had had a full kitchen with everything we woudl need. There's a wonderful restaurant adjacent to the property, Spencer's, that service lovely meals although it was a bit pricey. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Overall the weekend getaway was good for the price.

The place was okay. Was dusty and found live roach in tube and dead bugs in kitchen area. They power went out during my stay and it was miserable in our room. The pool was great and staff was good. Overall 3.5 stars

Especially enjoyed the availability of bicycles for guest use. Beautiful pool area and fun game room with fresh popcorn daily. Guest washer/dryer use available.

The swimming pools are very nice and relaxing. The suites are like a home away from home. The stafff are extremely helpful. My significant other and I have stayed here many times and will continue to do so.

Clean room. Okay pool. Allowed me to use the pool before checking in

Good location, spacious rooms, fabulous adults only outdoor pool and spa area. Good location. Early check in. Support staff very pleasant and welcoming. Arrival. Travelling 6000 miles, awake over 30 hours, was inherently disappointing to arrive and encounter a female receptionist who clearly couldn’t care less that we had arrived. Not a smile or a welcoming word cracked her miserable face. Whilst she was the only disappointment, first impressions do last and it absolutely tainted our entire experience. Real shame. If she doesn’t want to do her job, go do something else!

The location against the mountain is great as it is more protected from the sun and wind. The workout room is very good and having multiple pools and spas to choose from is unusual. When we had an issue with the room in the cottages across the street the staff handled the situation well and moved us to the main building for the rest of pur stay. I would recommend selecting a room in the main building against the mountain.
