Creekside Inn

What a lovely spot. Definitely wish we could have stayed longer. There are a lot of spots to sit outside and enjoy the nature. Great location, very friendly and helpful staff.

The room and location were nice. The only issue for me was the air conditioning. It blows about 6 feet from the wall to the head of the bed. It was loud, so I woke up every time it came on. A while after it would go off I would get warm. We set the thermostat to 64. The bed was comfortable.

I’m happy to have chosen this hotel! The grounds were beautiful and the rooms were clean and comfy and the staff was friendly. I have no complaints.

Safe was broken we put our medicine in it before we left to the event came back at 11pm couldn't access the safe maintenance man tried and the young man at the front desk.for 1 1/2 hrs. They finally got a hold of manager after I said I would call fire department I needed my medication I have stage 4 kidney failure the manager came and was angry with me!! It wasn't my fault that the safe was broken. The mirror in bathroom didn't work. Description online is so different I won't stay there ever again.the bed was so uncomfortable.

Really nice property especially in the Bay Area! It’s definitely worth the price and on our list of places to stay in palo alto!

I stayed at Creekside for three days on a work trip, the location was perfect, the property quiet and the landscaping, trees, foliage etc added to the ambiance in the middle of a busy area. Be sure to ask for kitchen package if you book a room with a small kitchenette, I missed seeing that note on the counter lol! Continental breakfast out on the patio under the awnings was pleasant, rooms were clean and staff were most excellent. Will stay there again. :)

Friendly responsive staff, nice rooms, good snacks, continental breakfast. Close to Stanford.

The bed was soooo comfortable. The room was very nice. Everything was clean and worked well. The staff was super helpful. They spoke English and were all very nice. We will be staying here again.

Perfect stay. Beautiful grounds. Accesible to uni. On site restaurant excellent. Would definitely recommend over chain hotels.

The room smelled musty. The continental breakfast had no seating for guests to eat so we had to carry food to our room and eat it there. The closet space was very small. There was no night light in the bathroom. The breakfast had the smallest selection of food I ever saw in a hotel. The grounds were run down and didn’t look like the photos online. The room was very overpriced for what they gave. I would never stay there again.

The only thing I could use less of is the fragrance in the cleaning products or deodorizer used in the corridor, it’s quite strong. Outside of that, reasonably priced, I had a tv, microwave & frig as well as little coffee maker in my room… There’s a creek running through the property so lots of foliage etc making it even more peaceful. I wish I had some piX I didn’t think to take any.

Lovely property and staff! It would be my first choice if staying in the area again. There was also a nearby deli with a large selection and top-notch sandwiches.

Pleasant & convenient place to stay in Palo Alto at a reasonable price.
