I really enjoyed staying here

Will stay again....

I have stayed here multiple times for conferences at Stanford. The property is well maintained, and the green space around the creek is nice.

The property is very pretty. The staff is so kind. My main concern was because I have children. The third floor balcony has a huge gap. I’m sure beyond the gap allowed by law. Any toddler can fit through the space and fall 3 stories. I asked for a room change but they were booked out. The bathroom door would also not lock, which is unideal when you have a toddler. Regardless, the room was clean and the deli on property was nice. I would stay here again if I knew I wouldn’t be on the third floor

Quiet Beautiful setting of trees, fountains and nature along a fairly busy street that you didn’t know was there.

The room is spacious and comfortable. It was reasonably clean overall, but there seemed to be dust in areas that are not easily visible. I am not sure whether those areas had been thoroughly cleaned to remove the dust. There is a lot of dust in the room. I am very sensitive to dust because of my allergies, and I can feel it triggering my symptoms. The bed, air conditioning vents, carpet and curtains need to be cleaned thoroughly. Especially the air conditioning vents-- I am not sure when they were last cleaned. I found out my allergy symptoms improved when I turned off the air conditioning.

Beautiful property! Quiet and safe! Clean rooms with a mini fridge and microwave. My only personal complaint would be the shower head pressure was weak and it was like a “rain fall” type so if you weren’t trying to get your hair wet, you can’t avoid it.

Water was cold last morning but other than that the hotel is great. Staff is AMAZING so kind and helpful!! Room was clean, sitting areas was clean, sandwich shop onsite was delicious. Will be staying here again!

I don't typically leave reviews, but I cannot say how impressed I was by how clean the room/bathroom was even after seeing it in other reviews. As a single woman traveling alone, I felt safe. The room was very spacious and quiet. I would stay here in the future.

When I checked out, the front desk employee asked if everything was okay during my stay. I mentioned the issue with the microwave, and she told me that I should have called. I explained that I did call and had been waiting for one, but that was the extent of the conversation. I was disappointed with how the situation was handled and the lack of follow-up.

I really enjoyed my stay there and would stay again if I'm ever in that area.

We enjoyed our stay and the grounds were beautiful! I loved our upstairs room overlooking the garden and water fountain. It was a peaceful paradise!
