Would not recommend. The hotel did not have anyone to check you in, it had a kiosk with a person on a PC screen I asked about traffic in the area in the morning, she couldn't tell me because she wasn't in Standford. " I will check for you and get back to you". She didn't. I don't know if she was even in the US.. My room's air conditioner didn't work, and it was extremely hot day, so I switched rooms. My new room the air worked but the fridge didn't. I was too tired to change. The room was dated; some wall damage in the bathroom, some wear and tear, all manageable for a budget traveler. But it was the bed which made it the worst stay. It was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever been in, which includes Motel 6 and thin futon pads I ve slept on in India. The two sad pillows were also absolutely terrible. The room phone and clock both didn't work. I am sure most people don't care but I wanted a wakeup call. I also would have liked talking to a person AT the hotel about the area. The location is not bad, doesn't have any loud business next to it but it still ended up being a noisy nightmare. I had some man yelling, pacing and making growling noises off and on for 5 hours. I was very uncomfortable, the later it got the weirder he got. I had no one to call and complain about it because I was in a hotel that wasn't being taken care of by hotel staff. I also had to pay for parking which I wasn't prepared for nor should have been considering where it was.

Very pleased with our stay!

Very old rooms Light comes in around the door. Staff very helpful

The location was decent and I was able to walk the 2 miles to Stanford to wander around. The room was big and spacious. It had a shower tub. It also had a fridge in a microwave and coffee machine. It was completely overpriced. I paid over $170 a night only to pay for parking which was ridiculous – – five dollars a day. The housekeeper never came once I checked in on Tuesday and I checked out on Friday and they never emptied my trash or even gave me a fresh towel. The man at the desk said since Covid you have to stay three nights to get any housekeeping service. This is nonsense as I used to be a housekeeper and we can’t keep blaming Covid! The facilities were rundown and the floor was super creaky so it was very hard for me to be quiet for the neighbors downstairs. The building needs to be painted. There is no simple continental breakfast or anything for that expensive price. I will not be back.

Everything ,only.thing is now they are painting thats look little bit annoying
-
I was afraid to turn on AC. I felt either they had small bugs. Or llint from dryer is not working In laundry. Air in room bad. Something in the air. NOT RECOMMEND
-
It was very clean ans near stanford The pillows were awful, there are no stairs and you could hear everything happening outside.
-
Room okay, staff non existent, parking okay, ac okay
-
It was vlean The room was in bad shape. Old Paint spots, door had holes.
-
It was clean and quiet and I felt safe as I stayed by myself. I wish there was a place to hang clothes up.

The hotel is dated and shows signs of work needing to be completed (painting). The room was clean, but furnishings show lots of wear. Check-in is done with a kiosk in the small lobby. Did see someone in the lobby when getting more coffee from a drawer in the lobby. Very different experience from other travel experiences. The hotel is located an easy drive to Stanford Hospital.
-
Pretty much your average, ordinary motel room (it looks like an old motel, not a hotel). It is nice and quiet, though. Virtual check-in was impersonal, odd and off-putting. Phone in room (to call management) didn't work.
-
We were there 5 nights and they did not change the sheets. Hidden charges for parking and "amenities."
-
I like the location, it was a plus
-
This hotel is good for location to Sanford university- not much else is around
-
Clean and safe. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean and quiet. Everything was fine
-
Very clean and comfy, they even had some nice complimentary Dove products, way nicer than I'd have expected for a motel like this.
-
The room was dated but veryclean, the staff were very friendly and helpful. We would stay there again. The room was dated

I liked that the two beds were in different rooms and that the vanity was separate from the toilet and shower. The rate was a little high due tobthe BTS concert, but not nearly as high as others in the area. The remote receptionist was a little strange, but we checled in close to 11pm and there was a person present when I checked out. The cooler worked well but was a little loud. Fortunately, I was exhausted and had no trouble falling asleep.
