Great location near Stanford, clean and comfortable room, friendly staff, and everything we needed for a short stay in Palo Alto. Very convenient and good value for the area. Nothing significant. Everything was comfortable and worked well for our stay.

Room was clean, amenities were good enough, was good to see a coffee machine with Starbucks coffee pods. Cleaning staff was friendly. When I checked out I was allowed to keep bags in storage for a few hours. Central location, walking distance to cafe, close enough to the university There was no one at the reception when I arrived. Only the kiosk. No place to store my bags until the room was ready. Breakfast not included with the room. I was not informed of any facilities when I arrived. I would say it is a motel, not a hotel.
