Great location, nicely appointed room, really comfortable bed, very helpful staff.

No mini fridge, but you can request one! Some dirty spots on the door and in the bathroom, but the bed was comfortable and I liked the layout of the room. The front desk wasn’t there when checking out for about 30 mins so I had to leave the cards on the desk since I was on a time crunch. wThere is a parking fee, but wasn’t too bad. Overall, I had a good experience and would stay here again.

In all other respects, it was really nice. The second time we have stayed there. We often go to Palo Alto and this is easily the best value. We will definitely be back.

Nice located, quiet, really clean room, wonderful shower and comfy bed. The breakfast is good and there is a nice table outside where you can enjoy the california weather.

The place was very clean, and the staff was very helpful and nice.

There is no security to get into the property and all rooms can be accessed easily directly from the outside. The "buffet" breakfast is rather limited and served on paper plates and paper cups. For more than US$ 600.00 a night plus taxes and $10.00 per night for parking, this place is far from what one would expect.

Modern, spotless, superior front desk staff. Cleaning crew excellent, professional demeanor. Loved the beer, frosted mug and bottle opener! Dogs welcome - clean dog relief area well lit, safe. No fridge or microwave.

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times in the past. I couldn’t believe how run down the property has become. The lobby is nice, but the rooms need a deep cleaning and a paint job. The shower apparently needed repairs and caulking was just smeared along the repair. It looked horrible. This is something I would expect to see at Motel 6, not at the Nest… oh, and now they charge you to park your car in the parking lot… just because they can squeeze another $10 out of you! Make another choice if you want a nice place, this isn’t.

Very nice hotel. It kind of hidden. I would most likely come stay here again.
