Front desk staff was wonderful. Breakfast was a good selection, unfortunately the English muffin was moldy. Our room was not serviced after I specifically talked to the housekeeper to tell her we were leaving and wanted the room cleaned. Also might have been me, but could not figure out the television just to watch regular channels, it wanted my login code for streaming. Lastly was disappointed the barn door for the bathroom did not stay closed.

The Nest is an example of really good marketing. The website carefully selects images and videos to make it appear to be a luxury hotel.It is not. Instead it is a deteriorating motel that had been remodeled at some point. Think economy lodging with lipstick. The staff are absolutely amazing however. They called and offered to move me to a different room, but I doubt that would help. Nowhere in the website does it suggest rooms with doors opening to the outside. I went back and checked. I would not have booked here.

Their outdoor seating is a plus. We love to seat near the fire pit and chat with friends. Or just watch and listen to water falls. Simply relaxed. Staffs are warm and welcoming! Super helpful!

It’s not a hotel — it’s an outdoors motel. Staff is quite nice, but not what the photos reflect unfortunately. I so wanted to love this place. Great people working there.

Clean, well maintained property with an excellent free breakfast buffet. Only problem was no exterior light in front of our room which made it hard to see when walking at night.

bed undersheets were dirty after shower we were ready to go to sleep we lay down on bed after a few min our body stared to itch we decided to check sheets and thats what we found out after turned on lights see pics. customer service at front was great to give us n other room but we were not comfortable any more never again
