clean room and nice breakfast
-
Well-run establishment for when you need just a night or two without a lot of fuss. The breakfast area is small but everyone seems to just manage and not loiter.

Decent place for an overnight stay. Would stay there again.

Breakfast ok. Had coffee and sausage. Coffee very good. Went out for breakfast. Nicer soap in shower. There was only a tiny round soap

The breakfast was delicious. We were about 17 minutes away from the hospital, which was good. This was our second time in a year that we have stayed there.

Fantastic location in Palo Alto and easy to reach via public transport. The breakfast had good options, including bread, cereals, waffles, eggs, sausages, and yoghurt, as well as coffee, tea, and juices. As I had a long stay for 1.5 weeks, the breakfast turned out not to be too boring. The staff has been very friendly and helpful. The room has been spacious and clean. Cleaning the room felt like it happened randomly. One time, towels were changed: Old ones were taken but not replaced.

First, the room was extremely small, making it feel cramped, stuffy, and uncomfortable. It felt suffocating and far too warm. I hoped turning on the air conditioner would help, but the AC made a loud and unpleasant noise that was impossible to ignore. Before booking, I had read reviews mentioning noise issues, but I did not expect it to be this bad. Throughout the night, I could clearly hear people talking in the hallway, and it often felt as though they were standing right outside my door. Between the constant noise from outside and the loud AC, I was unable to sleep at all during my stay. To make matters worse, someone knocked on my door twice during the night. When I asked who was there, I received no response, which was both unsettling and frustrating. Overall, my stay was far from enjoyable, and I would not choose to stay here again.

Location and safety All was fine
-
There were dead roaches inside and outside my room’s door. It was filthy.
-
Bed we’re comfortable For it being comfort Inn, it was a downgrade from other comfort ends place was dirty. My floor in my room was dirty.breakfast was poorly made and not in a very clean area
-
Coffee machine in room broke. I took it ro front desk it was returned in same state. I fixed it myself. Toilet was constantly flushing and when they came to look at it the toilet would not fill the bowl. It was returned to the continuous flushing state for the remainder of the stay. The cleanliness was fantastic and the staff was friendly. I would return since the 2 issues where overall pretty minor.

Rooms were very clean! The handicap room was very helpful for a person using a wheelchair.. If you just need quiet room to sleep in at a decent value and don’t need a pool, this is a good option. Breakfast was better than some other hotels. We will be staying there again.

Breakfast — we had a bad experience with the waffle batter last time, which had gone bad, so we didn’t try it this time. We stuck with the eggs (made from those pre mixed egg liquids), toast, fruit and yogurt. Nothing fancy but enough. They charged for parking. This was new and was not explained when I made the reservation.
