Loved the tub. The one in room, not bathroom.

The staff were very accommodating to our needs and very friendly. There was things missing like soap. Lighting was poor. My mom who stayed there was very uncomfortable. We could smell very strong weed smell in hallway when passing other hotel rooms. There was a whole list of things my mom didn't like

The place was very quiet. Not a bad place to stay. I will say that I feel like everything was way outdated for the price. Not bad, I just could have stayed down the street with a much nicer tv and bathroom for about $10 less.

Pillows were lumpy, and bath towels were on a smaller scale. Rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. Air conditioning worked great.

Not one thing! Staff was very rude to my child whom I made the reservation for! If I could give you anything less than a 1 I would!

Room clean and neat, staff very helpful and breakfast was better than expected compared to past stays at this facility.

So kind and helpful. Rooms so clean, AC works great. With no smelly dusty odor. Breakfast area lots of choices. A few bushes outside could be cut back.

The weakest coffee. More like colored water. Had to walk over to McDonald’s to get a decent cup of coffee. Also no drinking water in the lobby or the room. Tap water is not drinkable in West Texas. Had to go to the reception counter to ask the receptionist every time I needed water.

Please do not stay with them. Reservation for a week and had something pop up and could not stay the last two nights. They will be nice and lie to your face about being able to get a refund. When I tried to get it they blamed Expedia for not giving it back when it is up to the hotel discretion. Customer service is terrible. Will not be staying again.

We where able to sleep very comfortable Showers need to have larger curtains when showering the water was spilling onto the floor.

Sparse, food not warm enough, some equipment broken, staff very accommodating Building needs repairs. Vending machines empty. Looks forlorn, abandoned. Crack in the floor.

Location Bed is not good. Sags in middle. Needs to be replaced

The floor was dusty (but this is northern Texas with high winds) so it was expected. Staff was friendly and helpful (both afternoon and morning staff). The breakfast was filling with options and they changed the menu each day. We had control with the air conditioning so we were able to change from cooling to heating with the change of the weather. Overall was acceptable for a place to stay for a couple of days.

Nothing Everything, they told me I’d get my refund for the dirty room and now I’m getting told I am not receiving nothing

The pool wasn't available, breakfast wasn't what it said on menu. Juice machine not working. Desk attendant told us we couldn't come in, our family is Hispanic and she assumed we were just loitering. We had a total of 3rms for 2 nights.

Room had leftover food in closet when I arrived, pillows were awful, cold eggs and meat at breakfast, warm orange juice and one day room wasn’t cleaned at all. I stay here anytime I come to Pampa, but will not be staying again.
